Why they chose this property
Mary and I purchased this home because we fell in love with the home and property. The neighborhood is so welcoming. Being so close to Clearwater and Dunedin to the north, and you go south and you are within 20 min of St Pete. You are only 20 minutes, depending on traffic, to Tampa. the Pinellas trail runs right behind the property. Its 55 ft above sea level. You don't need to worry about flooding. Its such a safe neighborhood. Our neighbor Janet has live in her house since 1976. She can not ever remember a break in. Its pretty perfect!

This unique themed studio will instantly will allow you to relax. On the back patio, you will see squirrels, lizard's, and a large selection of Florida birds. When you walk into the studio, you will instantly feel the charm that the Pelican Pad gives. You will have everything that you need to have a wonderful stay.
