Tranquility House (1205 Butler Ave) - Private Pool - 1 Block to Beach

This beautiful home is perfect for Families! Private Pool, Close to the Beach. Perfect for family gatherings, the open floor plan includes a great room with vaulted ceilings, big screen TV, and home stereo system, plus a well equipped kitchen with granite counters, center island with 2nd sink, new appliances, and a huge family-style dining table. French doors from the kitchen open onto a wonderful covered deck where you can sit or rock and enjoy the scenery and fresh ocean breeze. Our beautiful 5 bedroom home can comfortably sleep up to 12. Along with the Great Room and Kitchen, the main floor also has two master bedrooms with private baths, a bunk room, a half bath, and the full size HE washer and dryer. The second floor has two bedrooms, another full bath, plus a loft (with sleeper sofa) overlooking the great room. The new, eight-foot by 18-foot, in-ground, swimming pool has a fully-furnished covered patio with lots of comfy seating and room for outdoor dining, plus a large gas grill. Another refrigerator, microwave, and a TV are conveniently located near the pool, as well as a semi-private outdoor shower room with both hot and cold water. We have room for covered, garage parking of 2-3 vehicles (depending on size), with space for at least one more in the driveway. Located one block to beach, one block to grocery store, walking distance to Tybee Pier and Pavillion, lots of great restaurants, and shopping.

Tranquility House is the perfect place for family gatherings and family vacations!

All reservations canceled 48 hours or more from the booking date are subject to a $150 cancellation fee. Reservations canceled for any reason within 60 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the RENTAL DEPOSIT (50% of the original rental rate plus all taxes and fees). Reservations canceled within 15 days of the date of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire rental amount, including all taxes, fees, and rental deposits.

Nice Tybee Home

Overall the we liked the house. There were a few problems that we had but it did not ruin our trip. We really loved the pool and had plenty of space for our family of 8.

Tybee vacation 2023

Family vacation to Tybee

Overall this is a great property for a family or group trip to Tybee Island! The house is big and plenty of bathrooms for everyone too.

Tybee trip

Great house lots of space. Close to beach. Grocery store very close. Lamps in den and bedroom were not plugged in and quite inconvenient to climb/reach thru headboard to only one outlet on the wall. No way to close garage door from outside.
