This place was not as pictured on the website. It was not well maintained, it had dust at least a 1/4 inch thick on top of kitchen wall and cabinets. No rugs, no throw pillows on couch, laundry room was nasty and unfinished. One wall had plastic hanging because it had no Sheetrock, you could see directly into garage from inside house. Backyard is not well maintained and very small not as shown in pictures. The tub and wall tile has been painted and paint is peeling away. I was so disappointed in this property that I would not even let my wife come and stay at this property. House is very dark and not inviting at all. Very disappointed!

However, we also don't understand why you never reached out to us during your 30 day stay to let us know about your disappointment. Waiting silently until after you check out does not help you or us in reaching a solution. We work very hard in keeping the apartment clean and our rates affordable for all our guests ! We hope you can find something more suitable to your needs in the future, but make sure you let future Hosts know about any disappointments while you're staying in the unit and not after you have checked out.

Convenient location

Relocating to the area and pick this location because it was close to work and they allow pets. Backyard was smaller than the pictures. Bed was a little hard; cooking utensils a little worn, towels, definitely old

Our Austin Home Away

Convenient to hospital, grocery stores, etc. Nice place with gated backyard for our dog, no problems with anything working, nice neighborhood, landlord made sure to provide for me a few kitchen Items that I had requested.
