Luxury furnishings and appliances make this property your perfect retreat. Washer/ dryer is available in the home. My husband was in the Navy in Key West years ago as an instructor training Fighter Pilots at the Navy Base. We made it a yearly pilgrimage to come to Key West with many Navy friends. I am in Real Estate and we naturally dreamed of owning a home here in Key West to enjoy our future golden years. In 2013, was the year we decided to make a leap of faith and purchased here! We have not regretted it! It is paradise! We hope you come and enjoy our home, the sun and everything Key West has to offer.
Why they chose this property
Our home is nestled in a very private secluded quiet area with off-street parking available(a absolute MUST if you drive a car here in Key West). We are within walking distance of Duval St, Salute, Casa Marina, and Higgs Beach just to name a few close spots for understanding where we are located. Most guests will rent a bike (The BIKE SHOP 3 blocks away) and enjoy being like a local. We have a private patio driveway to park your them . French doors that open to the expansive deck/pool and front porch for a wonderful view of the pool which is surrounded by trees for privacy and have that morning coffee and read your book.
What makes this property unique
We have decorated our home with Key West in mind, a true love of joyous color throughout and modern refinement. You will have Sonos speakers for the bedrooms, great room/pool to enjoy music and create that true Island feeling. It truly is an Oasis to relax and enjoy.
