The finca has been lovingly converted into a successful mix of a modern holiday home with elements of Mallorcan style.
From the entrance terrace you have a breathtaking view over the hilly and charming landscape of the area to the sea.
There are many cozy corners in which you can B. to read or siesta can withdraw. The pool is located on a higher level behind the finca and is not visible, also a pleasant place to relax on the sun lounger to relax and sunbathe.
In addition, the pool is accessible via a staircase, whose door can be closed if necessary and thus has a child-safe pool.

Très belle Finca

Bien qu'arrivés dans la nuit, nous avons été très bien accueilli. Magnifique FINCA sur les hauteurs, à 5 min de sant llorenc, en tout point conforme à l'annonce. Nous avons profité de la tranquillité, du calme et de sa situation pour découvrir toute la partie Est de Majorque. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine, surtout après nos escapades. Et nous avons loué la 2nd semaine une maison du côté de Pollensa : 2 semaines qui nous ont permis de re-visiter la maginifique île de Majorque. À recommander ! Une famille bretonne.

Beautiful Finca - Beautiful stay

The place and the Finca are beautiful. Exactly what we expected. Environment very quiet, very comfortable and spacious house. Not far from magic Mesquida Cala and other beaches. We spent 2 weeks there with 2 young kids and enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool a lot! Host is very helpful. We completely recommend this place to our family and friends and we will not hesitate to go back there for our next trip to Mallorca. That is a central point to visit North-East to South-East of the Island.

Erholsame Tage in Sant LLorenc

Wir haben ein paar herrlich ruhige und erholsame Tage in dieser Finca verbracht. Sie ist sehr schön gelegen auf einer kleinen Anhöhe und so hat man sogar Meerblick. Die Finca ist super schön eingerichtet. Schlicht und nicht zu übertrieben. Sauber und es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Pool ist auch Klasse und rundherum hat man ebenfalls sehr viel Platz die Seele baumeln zu lassen. In der Nähe liegt das Meer welches rasch erreichbar ist und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der näheren Umgebung genügend. Auch nette und Mallorca-typische Restaurants gibt es in der Nähe. Sogar eine im Ort selber welches man unbedingt besuchen muss wenn man nicht in einen Turisten-Bunker will ;-). Rundherum sehr schön, gemütlich und absolut zu empfehlen. Wir werden sicherlich wieder mal hier buchen. Hatte schon lange nicht mehr so erholsame Ferien.

Ruhe pur .............

Wir waren zu zweit auf der Finca , um ein paar Tage auszuspannen und zu relaxen und können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Herrlich gelegen auf einer Anhöhe mit fantastischem Panoramaweitblick ist diese Finca ein Traum für jeden der Ruhe sucht und das ursprüngliche Mallorca entdecken will. . Ich und mein Mann haben nach nur 2 Tagen Ruhe schon sehr gut abschlaten können. Die Finca ist komplett renoviert und hat eine wunderschöne Terasse am Pool plus eine Terrasse vor dem Haus ( Sonne den ganzen Tag) . Wir finden es traumhaft dort und haben es schon einigen Freunden empfohlen.

Idylle und Ruhe pur!

Wir waren letztes Jahr mit 2 Erwachsenen, 1 Schulkind und 1 Baby in dieser Finca. Sie hat sich als ideal für unsere Familie gezeigt - in jeder Hinsicht! Das Haus selber ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich ausgestattet und man merkt auch an den Möbeln und der Einrichtung, dass es eine Finca ist, die nicht versucht, Mallorca-Charme mit modernem Design zu kombinieren. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Besonders angenehm war für uns die Ruhe dort!! Die Finca liegt so ruhig und alleinstehend, dass wir Eltern dies nicht nur zur Erholung vom Stadtlärm zu Hause geniessen konnten, sondern auch nicht den Stress hatten, die Kinder ständig zum Leisesein ermahnen zu müssen, Die Vermieter (ein mallorquinisch-deutsches Paar) sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit aber zurückhaltend. Für unseren älteren Sohn war der kleine Sohn der Vermieter ein Glücksfall! Der Pool ist herrlich und wir haben den Strand gar nicht jeden Tag gebraucht. Dass der Pool auf einer höheren Ebene ist als die Terrasse, fand ich besonders gut gelöst, da ich so unsere Jüngste auch einmal auf der Terrasse krabbeln lassen konnte, ohne die Sorge, dass sie in den Pool fallen könnte. Zum Strand Costa de los Pinos muss man zwar mit dem Auto fahren, was mit Kindern oft umständlich ist, aber der Weg lohnt sich, denn der Strand ist herrlich und gar nicht touristisch, was ja wirklich schwer zu finden ist. An der Strandbar dort wird man von dem italienischen Besitzer gleich integriert und hat so noch etwas italienisches Dolce VIta inklusive. ;-) Auch der Strand ist sehr kindertauglich, denn das Wasser fällt nicht steil ab. Viel mehr Attraktionen braucht man auch kaum, aber Palma ist leicht zu erreichen - wer das denn braucht in der Hochsaison. Mit Restaurant-Tipps waren die Vermieter sehr hilfsbereit und wir haben mehrere Lokale in San Llorenc selber, aber auch eine nette kleine Pizzeria in Arta und Restaurants an der Promenade von Cala Millor kennengelernt - wobei das Schönste das Essen in der Finca auf der Terrasse in dieser herrlichen Ruhe und bei einem guten Glas Rotwein war... Das einzige "Manko" ist, dass die Finca beim ersten Mal schwer zu finden ist, aber die Vermieter haben eine gute Wegbeschreibung. Und Idylle liegt nun mal nicht an Verkehrsadern... Kurz und gut: wir würden die Finca jedem weiterempfehlen und mein Mann und ich haben vor, dieses Jahr auch einmal für ein langes Wochenende ohne Kinder wieder zu kommen, um die Ruhe zum Lesen aus Ausschlafen zu nutzen. Da freuen wir uns schon jetzt drauf!
