You will have access to a private white sandy beach and community pool with hot tub. Both are within a short walking distance (pool is about a 3 minute walk and beach is a 5-7 minute walk) Golf carts are available for rent through local companies and can be driven in the neighborhood. This recently updated home has elevator service from the carport level to the 4th floor. All 5 generously sized bedrooms have new furniture, new mattresses and large screen TV’s.

4th floor- 2 bedrooms with a large shared bathroom that has a jacuzzi tub and separate shower.
One bedroom has a king bed and queen size sofa bed and the other bedroom has a king bed and 3 twin beds. (This floor sleeps 7-9)

3rd floor- Fully stocked kitchen, living room with plenty of comfortable seating, new large flat screen TV, dining room with table that seats 8, additional seating for 4 at kitchen bar, full bath with large walk-in shower and a bedroom with Queen bed and twin bunk beds with twin trundle. (This floor sleeps 5)

2nd floor- laundry room with full size washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, 2 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) King beds in each of these rooms.
(This floor sleeps 4)

1st floor- entrance from carport level (no stairs required to enter home) Elevator entrance, mud room area.

The home has 3 balconies with magnificent gulf views and comfortable seating.

Amenities include: fully stocked kitchen, direct TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, charcoal and gas grill, complimentary beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys, beach wagon, parking for 4 vehicles, large collection of board games, complimentary box fans in each bedroom, ironing board, iron, hair dryers, starter supply of paper towels, washing detergent, hand soap, toilet tissue, dishwashing soap and trash bags.

2 golf courses located within 10 miles: The Peninsula and Kiva Dunes.

“Fort Morgan” is a historic fort located at the mouth of Mobile Bay which is only one mile from the house.
