Sobrado super aconchegante e confortável, dentro de um condomínio tranquilo e bem localizado próximo a praia. Para quem gosta de conhecer outras prais é bem interessante pois o bairro fica próximo a Ubatuba assim você tem mais opção de passeios, como Ilha Bela, Paraty e outras. A casa é bem organizada e limpa, possui três quartos com suítes bem confortável . A cozinha e toda equipada e completa não senti falta de nada. A área de lazer possui churrasqueira e piscina e rede assim da para descansar. O proprietário da Casa Toninho e sua Esposa são simpatias em pessoas, sempre que fosse necessário estava lá para auxiliar como exemplo na limpeza da piscina diariamente, ou indicando lugares para conhecer ate mesmo para fazer compras. Super recomendo a casa pretendo voltar mais vezes.

Casa, impecável, tudo como mostra as fotos, a 2 quadras da praia, dentro do condominio fechado, super seguro os carros fica de fora sem nenhum problema, piscina limpinha. Sr. Antonio limpou todos os dias, lugar muito arejado,os quartos todos perfeitos. Sr. Antonio foi muito atencioso, nos indicou, farmarcia e supermercado tbm muito perto, nossas ferias foi perfeita fomos com 2 crianças se divertiram muito, as praias tudo perto uma da outra e ainda uma de frente da casa, PERFEITO, super Indico e Voltaremos Com CERTEZA !!!!!

A casa e muito melhor do que imaginávamos, chegamos com tudo limpinho cheiro de casa da avó, Sr. Antonio muito atencioso sempre nos recepcionou e passou os detalhes da casa e dos locais perto, supermercado, farmacia, posto de gasolina tudo ao lado, casa muito segura, vizinhos super tranquilo, ideal para familia, fomos com crianças e aproveitamos um montão, as praias são todas perto uma da outra, ainda mais que tem uma de frente a casa, fomos andando todos os dias ver o por do sol. Super Indico, nossas ferias foram Perfeitas, voltaremos com Certeza. Sr. Antonio Muito Obrigada pelo carinho e Atenção !!! Até o Proximo ano se Deus Quiser !!!!
