Roomy, great place for kids to walk and play in the yard. Feed the horses, Bill and Pepper like carrots or apples. If rainey the game room is large enough to play games and watch TV. The driveway is private so you can walk at your leisure or walk your pet. Great place to ride bikes. Access to Pigeon River, fish or hangout.
Local hiking at Cosby Park, Big Creek Ranger Station or just rock on the front porch. Newly added fire pit, just bring your firewood to enjoy.

This home built by my Father. My wife and I bought in 2018 with the idea to rent to families traveling or vacationing. Enjoy meeting new people. The Cottage can be added with main house or separately. Rented as overflow when needed for larger groups. Sleeps 4 with 1 king, 1 queen sofa sleeper, tv, wifi, kitchen, full bath.
