Yogaboka Studio Apartment on a hill

We are happy to invite you to the guest apartment of our house - in a very special place we love and enjoy!
We have renovated it recently, and we rent it out when not occupied by our friends or family.
Ideally located between Kotor and Tivat, it is a studio apartment with a private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with a cast-iron bathtub, comfortable full-size double bed with orthopedic mattress, cozy balcony with a sea view and a private patio outside.
Staying with us you enjoy peace, tranquility and fragrant air of hillside Mediterranean forest being just 100 meters up from the rest of civilization. All the crowds and noises of high season are left behind when you come up, at the same time all the essential infrastructure is just 5 minutes away.
Small market with fresh local fruit and vegetables, shops and cafes are all in a walking distance.
The sea is just down the stairs. You can swim from our wide punta (pier) or choose from 2 beaches within 3 minutes walk: one is small and shady, the other is big and comfortable. This part of the Bay is the widest so the water is deep and clean.

Hundreds of birds singing in the morning, turtles and hedgehogs passing by, tiny bells of sheeps and goats from uphill farms heard in the forest... We love it :)

*** IMPORTANT:
The price of our privacy and tranquility is the lack of road coming up to the property. It can only be reached by staircase, comparable to climbing to the 5th floor. It would surely be an issue for anyone with mobility problems or for an aged person. Our parents (70+) find it tiring, but they just keep it slow.
Good news - we have a goods elevator used for luggage or any serious shopping.

KITCHEN
Your kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, which is superfast and safe. There are plenty of cooking utensils and cookware. And a fridge, of course.

WATER
City water pressure can be low during the high season, so we use a water tank and pump to improve pressure. Please mind that in case of electricity blackout the pump doesn't work, and water pressure can be low.

WIFI
Wifi is available inside the apartment and at the patio outside.

We are always ready to answer any questions, happy to suggest some trips in amazing Boka Kotorska and give you tips on hidden gems in the area. Don't hesitate to ask!
