Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Best for sleeping

Although the bathroom wasn't quite as updated as in some of the other rooms, the location of this room was the best for sleeping. Not only is the bed on the other side of the room from the window, but there are no bright lights outside these windows, allowing me to sleep in as I love to do! Would love to have a quiet wall clock in there since there is no clock on the stove. As usual, a wonderful stay!

If you have never attempted to locate a short-term place for a visitor you do not know how hard it is. I live in a house in Austell, Georgia and I am not familiar with short-term apartments. Good option for travel nurses!

I stayed with BCA for 3 months for a travel nurse contract and I thought overall it went pretty good. The weekly cleaning services of the apartment was great and always helped me out with my busy schedule. The bed was comfortable and sheets always soft. I would suggest getting a few more supplies in the unit to keep like scissors or even switch to a Keurig for coffee. I also would have appreciate a night stand with drawers rather than a cubicle where my stuff is out and visible. I also think the cost to do laundry there was pretty high at $4 per load. Also would suggest getting better bathroom storage because the shelf in there didn't hold much and was small to fit an object I wanted to store in there (my own blow drier, curling iron, etc) I would definitely stay at BCA again though because overall it was a good experience. The staff was quick with responses and getting what I needed quickly (quarters for laundry or with questions) Thank you for everything!

Clean, comfortable, and close to Piedmont Hospital

Stayed at BCA while my husband was in Piedmont Hospital. Very easy drive to the hospital. Staff was easily contacted when I had a question along with quickly bringing me change when I needed it for the washer and dryer on the premises. These apartments are located in a quiet neighborhood and surrounded by a beautiful landscape not to mention the great smelling hair products and body was provided. I enjoyed my stay here and only wished they were not fully booked when I wanted to extend my stay due to my husband's prolonged time in the hospital. Team BCA Response: We are sorry we couldn't extend your stay as well. We always do our best to accommodate each request to extend, but sometimes we just fill up. Thank you for your 5-star review. All of our bath products are available for purchase online at www.yourtheorie.com. We love their products and its so nice to hear our guest do too. We are so glad that we could provide you with a comfortable place to rest while your husband recovers. We wish him a speedy recovery.

Good value for the price

One suggestion: be more transparent about how the four-digit apartment access codes are set (are they changed after every visit?), and add a safe to the apartments. Since anyone with the code can access the apartment, I was nervous leaving valuables behind.

Best kept secret!

BCA Apartments was a gem of a find. If you are in the Atlanta area, and planning for a long term stay or short term, you gotta consider BCA. If you stay more than one week, they clean your apartment and give you fresh towels. The Buckhead location is conveniently located near freeway access. The staff is attentive, if you encounter any issues, they are on it! Ours were just a light bulb going out, and the door code not working. We called the customer service number and one of the staff came right away! The value of the stay compared to hotels, BCA wins! The location is quiet. The studio has utensils, pots and pans, a fridge and microwave. TV w/Roku. Small sofa couch and chair. I highly recommend BCA, whether it is 5 out of 5!, 10 out of 10! Great, Convenient Stay

Nice apartment style property in a great area with lots of stuff to do. Perfect for taking a walk around the neighborhood or the nearby park. Very convenient. Would definitely stay here again (for longer this time)!

Internet password did not work, but cell service reception was excellent this was not an issue. VERY Pet friendly, even when other guest complained irrationally did not really get too much heat for it, but really the guest was complaining about our intimate conversation. Located in a great area. Very accommodating.

Nice rental

Nice clean property convenient to Atlanta. Several restaurants within easy walking distance. Apartment could really do with more sound proofing but was very nice.
