Studios On 25th by BCA Furnished Apartments offers "Cool Classic" & "Chic Premium" Studio Apartments - 20 modern and classically renovated furnished apartments designed for short visits or extended stays with weekly cleaning service located in the most convenient Buckhead/Midtown Atlanta neighborhood, 1 block off Peachtree Street.

Your studio is fully equipped with modern furnishings, premium bedding and linens, and everything you need in a kitchen to dine at home. It's ideally suited for business travel or when relocation plans bring you to Atlanta.

Pets

Yes, we are pet friendly! We can accept up to (2) small to medium sized pets per unit, with some breed restrictions. Please tell us what kinds of pet(s) you have and some information about their breed, weight, and age. If approved, there is an additional $35.00 monthly pet cleaning fee. If your stay is less than 45 days, it is only a 1-time fee. Pet fees are charged separately after a reservation is booked. We ask that you make necessary arrangements so that your pets do not disturb other guests. You are responsible for any damage the pet(s) may cause and an additional deposit may be required based on breed, weight, and age.

For licensed/registered service animals, please refer to the BCA Furnished Apartments website Terms & Conditions.

Virtual Check-In, Minimum Age & Identity Verification

All Guests MUST check-in online using our Virtual Front Desk at least 3-days PRIOR to arrival or at the time of booking if it is less than 48 hours from the arrival date. Arrival instructions and property access will not be provided until the Check-In & Lodging Agreement are complete, and information provided is verified.

The minimum age to book a reservation with BCA Furnished Apartments is 21-years old. Age will be verified after a reservation is booked.

Like checking in at a hotel front desk though, we collect:
- A valid credit card for identity verification (all guests) and/or incidentals/damages (if allowed by the online travel agent)
- A picture of your Government Issued Photo ID (driver's license, passport or similar)
- A “Live Selfie”

BCA Furnished Apartments reserves the right to perform identity verification and criminal background checks on all guests prior to, during, or after a stay and may terminate a reservation for any reason without penalty to BCA Furnished Apartments.

Nice, Clean, Great Value

Apartment was immaculately clean, nicely decorated and a great value for being in the Buckhead area. The sheets were very soft with a comfortable, firm mattress. The grounds are also kept up well with a nicely painted exterior. Our only suggestion would be newer, softer bath towels. We were very happy with our stay.

Location, location, location!

The location of this place is amazing! Just a short drive or a beautiful walk from anything you would want to see in Atlanta! Cozy place!!

Very cute and quiet little place to stay, totally worth the money. Great location and close to everything I wanted... especially coffee lol. Only suggestion is a fan for the bathroom as it gets pretty steamy in there. Great weekend stay

I stayed at BCA for 3 nights and have no complaints. Check-in was smooth and easy, and despite fewer service amenities than a hotel, the room was well-stocked with everything I would need for a short stay. Pricing was very reasonable compared to nearby hotels and they are pet friendly with a much lower pet fee than anything else I found nearby. My stay

The location was a short drive downtown as well as the mall for ease of shopping. It was an added value as I saved roughly $40 a day with the included parking. The check in process was easy and fast and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. I will stay here again when I return soon. Team BCA Response: We try to make it as simple as possible for all our guest. The apartment is older, but it was spotless, comfortable, quiet, and perfect for our short stay. It's not bad

It's very clean, and had everything I needed to stay for five days. Coming in from downtown is a nightmare. It's quiet here. They provide full size shampoo and conditioner and body wash too. Great little furnished apartments!

The kitchen was fantastic. It came stocked with most of the basic. things you'd need. The little stove worked very well and it was great having 4 burners! The oven worked well too but having a baking sheet would have been nice. The water pressure in the shower was awesome and having on site laundry was fantasic. The air condition worked very well in our room and kept it nice and cool. We had a great experience overall. Team BCA Response: Wow! We are so glad you had such a great stay with us!
