Built in 2008/2009, this beautifully designed four bedroom beach house combines coastal charm with modern comforts. Featuring natural timber floors, high ceilings, quality appliances and soft Australian leather lounges, it’s the perfect retreat for families and friends seeking a memorable Kangaroo Island getaway. Large windows fill the spacious lounge with light and frame magnificent views of the bay, while offering plenty of room to relax.
Just a two minute drive from the ferry and Penneshaw township, you’ll have easy access to cafe’s, the Pub, Supermarket, fuel, boat ramp and beach. The garden attracts an abundance of wildlife including Kangaroos, Wallabies and native birds providing that true island experience right outside your door.
