We have a one bedroom apartment with magnificent views of the old town of Mimice, near the history and activity filled town of Omiš.

The apartment is situated on the hill with a view over the Adriatic Sea and the town of Mimice.

Included in the services are wifi, parking, SAT TV, aircon, linen, BBQ, sun loungers, beachtowels and the use of our pool (5.5x3.0).

Several terraces available for guests to sit and enjoy sun or shade.

The beach is within 10 min walking distance and there are many beautiful beaches close by.

The area is a great area for exploring, Split is about 40 minutes drive away.

Mimice lies on the beautiful coast of Dalmatia with the mountains at the back and the seaview towards the island of Brać.

Schönes Appartement in toller Gegend und wahnsinns Ausblick

Wir waren 10 Nächte bei den Gastgebern Hermien und Steve. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und sauber und groß genug für 2 bis 4 Personen. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es mehrere Ebenen mit Terrassen und einen großen Pool mit einer total tollen Aussicht auf die Adria. Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr nett und haben stets ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und geben gute Tipps. Zum Strand braucht man ca. 7 Minuten immer runter. Hoch braucht man dann natürlich etwas länger. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Apartment. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt.

Our family of 3, Steve, Jesse and myself (Hermien) moved to Croatia from New Zealand for a major life change.
We speak English, German and Dutch (Hermien is Dutch from origin).
We are looking forward to welcoming guests in our apartments in the old part of Mimice town which is about 40 km south of Split Airport and about 30 km of Split city.


Why they chose this property

We choose this property as it has space, is set on the mountain with the most amazing views of Mimice, the Adriatiac Sea and Brac Island. The beaches are a stone throw away and yet it is still within 5/6 minutes walk of restaurants, a bar, ATM, Postoffice, Tourist Bureau and Studenac Grocery Store.

What makes this property unique

The views from the patio/sunchair area/terrace/pool are amazing.

We have a large parking area (a very sought after commodity in Croatia) and we live onsite for any help one needs.
Guests can be as private as they want to be but we are here to help.
