mangelnde und ungenaue Angaben zum Objekt

- Auffahrt zum Ferienhaus für große Autos sehr eng - modriger Geruch im Haus und in den Schränken - Schimmel im Badezimmer - undichte Fenster, regnet rein - keine Informationen, dass es sich um ein altes und denkmalgeschütztes Haus handelt - dementsprechend sind die Treppen sehr schmal und gefährlich - mangelndes und fehlendes Inventar (z.B.: keine Kaffeemaschine,...) - das Haus ist haustierfrei, aber zugänglich für Hunde und Katzen aus der Nachbarschaft - Vermieter auf Mängel aufmerksam gemacht. Trotz mehrmaliger Versuche keine gütliche Einigung möglich

Gem of a location

The property is nestled into the mountainside of a small village, which is supremely charming; there's a public pool sneakily tucked away off the main street that was a little oasis, too. It was also easy to get to Pisa, Lucca, and Florence, if you want to explore. All the amenities, like a supermarket and restaurant (incredible food) are available locally as well. We didn't spend much time indoors, but the property had everything we needed to be comfortable, and the communication with owners was very prompt and supportive.
