Detached house in nature suitable for families (2 double bedrooms) and dogs

"Casa dei Limoni" is an independent house of about 100sqm in typical Tuscan style with a rustic style but recently renovated with all comforts.
The house offers: two double bedrooms with air conditioning, two bathrooms with shower, a living room with air conditioning and double sofa bed, a well equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) and wifi for smart working. In the house there are also a baby bed and high chair.
The house has a fully recited garden suitable for dogs and is equipped with table, chairs, armchairs, umbrella and sun loungers.

The location is ideal for:
- beach holidays, 10 km away you can reach the beaches of Lido di Camaiore, or of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Pietrasanta
- cultural holidays, at 34 km you reach Lucca, at 37 km Pisa and at 109 Florence.
- sports / naturalistic holidays, directly from the house or in the nearby Apuan Alps mountains it is possible to do trekking and mountain-bike activities

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist sehr toll gelegen, ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir konnten unsere eigenen Zitronen ernten. Auf der Terrasse hat man seine Ruhe und eine traumhafte Aussicht. Jennifer (die Gastgeberin) hat uns viele Tipps und Ausflugsziele genannt. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

Bella casa, bella vista, bel paese…,

Wir fahren schon viele Jahre nach Italien. Deshalb sind uns die pittoreske Hügellage um Camaiore und die wunderbaren, weitläufigen Sandstrände der Versilia sehr vertraut. Trotzdem hat uns die Casa Limone noch überaus positiv überraschen können. Die professionelle Betreuung durch die Hausherrin, Jennifer, war absolut top! Stets war sie erreichbar und stets zielführend war dabei die Kommunikation mit ihr. Dafür wollen wir schon einmal 10 Extra-Punkte vergeben!!! Ein herzliches Dankeschön dafür, liebe Jennifer, und auch ein Dankeschön an deine Mama. Uns hat es beeindruckt, wie ihr, neben euren Jobs, auch noch super die Casa Limone managt. Das Einzige nicht so Schöne für uns ist, dass es nun noch ein ganzes Jahr dauern wird, ehe wir wieder in Salapetri sein können. Wir beginnen aber mit dem heutigen Tag bereits, uns darauf zu freuen. Bis bald, ganz 😘, baci, baci, Tina und Peter aus dem Rhein-Main-Gebiet P.S.: Ach ja, was wir überhaupt nicht verstehen können, sind die wenigen kritischen Anmerkungen von VormieterInnen. Da wurde die Straße wegen deren Engführung bekrittelt und das die 2 Parkplätze für 2 Autos zu knapp bemessen sein. Wir hatten jedenfalls mit unserem Combi+ Fahrradträger und belegten 2. Parkplatz genügend Stellfläche und wer die Hügel im Land so kennt, musste hier schon fast verwöhnt sein.Auch an den Matrazen gibt es nichts zu bemängeln im Gegenteil. Und wem es als HundehalterIn zu wenig Platz zum Gassi gehen ist in den in den kilometerweiten Hanglagen - no idea?!

Ein tolles Haus, fernab vom Lärm der Stadt! Wer Ruhe und die Natur liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Am Morgen kann man, passendes Wetter vorausgesetzt, auf der Terrasse herrlich Frühstücken, während die Sonne langsam über die bewaldeten Hügel der Umgebung wandert. Umgeben von Oliven- und Zitronenbäumen bleiben keine Wünsche übrig. Abends lassen sich dann wunderbar die Sterne beobachten. Wer Glück hat, hört sogar einen Waldkautz rufen. Ebenfalls top: die Hängematten, Sonnenliegen und der Grill. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist problemlos möglich. Alle Straßen sind gut befahrbar. Bis zum Strand dauert es mit dem Auto ca. 20 Minuten. Nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit ca. 10 Minuten. Auch Florenz, Pisa und Lucca sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Gastgeberin Jennifer und ihr Mann Simone sind hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Außerdem haben die beiden viele nützliche Tipps parat. Einziger kleiner Haken: die Federkernmatratzen machen ihrem Namen alle Ehre ;-) Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und sind traurig dass unser Urlaub schon vorbei ist.

Zwischen Zitronen, Rosmarin, Oliven und Geckos :-)

Wir konnten herrlich entspannen und hatten einen schönen Blick über die Olivenhaine. Der Kontakt mit Jennifer war super freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Auffahrt war ein wenig abenteuerlich, aber wir hatten gute Bremsen ;-)

Lovely House

Jennifer is a very nice host! We enjoyed our stay very much, the house was just perfect to enjoy the week and doing lots of activities in the surroundings. Our dog was able to walk without leash in the fenced garden. Thank you again for everything!

Ein traumhafter Urlaub ❤️

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und mit allem ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist super. Zwar ist der Aufstieg (mit dem Auto) mühsam, aber die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Das Meer ist innerhalb 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Supermärkte innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Jennifer, die Vermieterin, ist top. Freundlich, zuvorkommend und zuverlässig und hilft in jeder Lebenslage. Grazie mille Jennifer. Alles in Allem nur zu empfehlen. Wir werden wiederkommen 😊

Super Urlaub

Wir können uns den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Super Gastgeberin! Super Sauberkeit! Super Aussicht! Im großen und ganzen sind wir mit dem Urlaub sehr zufrieden! Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die Kommunikation hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Man ist unmittelbar nah an der Natur. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen ;-)

typisch toskanisches Haus

Wir haben einen ganz tollen erlebnisreichen wie auch erholsamen Urlaub hier verbracht. In dem gemütlichen Haus findet man alles, was man benötigt. Die Supermärkte und Strände sind nicht weit. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend schön und rings herum befinden sich Olivenbäume. Die Vermieterin und ihr Mann sind wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Als wir anreisten standen Wein, Olivenöl (aus eigenem Anbau) sowie Kuchen und Obst bereit. Im Haus ist alles sauber, gemütlich und ordentlich! Wir kommen sicherlich wieder. Vielen Dank für alles !!!

Idyllischer Urlaub ohne grosses SchnickSchnack.

Nach einer freundlichen Absprache mit der Vermieterin (in englischer Sprache) holte sie uns am verabredeten Treffpunkt in den camaiorischen Bergen ab und führte uns zum noch höher liegenden dreistöckigen typisch toskanischen Ferienhaus. Um das Haus herum befand sich ein kleiner komplett eingezäunter Garten, der einen Blick ins Tal und auf die umliegenden Bergketten zuließ. Empfangen wurden wir mit einer Hausmarke Rotwein, einem selbst gemachten Olivenöl, einem gekauften Kuchen und einer Schale voller Obst. Im Haus gab es wirklich alles. Ausreichend Geschirr, Mülltüten, Handtücher, Toilettenpapier, DolceGusto-Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Waschmaschine und und und. Gut, die Abfahrt vom bzw. Auffahrt zum Gebäude ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und der Wagen sollte in einem technisch einwandfreien Zustand sein (Stichwort Bremsen) aber die Aussicht macht alles wett. Ach ja. Ein spontanes Einkaufen ist blöd aber alles eine Sache der gepflegten Vorplanung. Wir würden wieder hingehen.

Sehr schönes Haus!

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag unseres Aufenthaltes haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist ein schönes und geräumiges Haus für 4 Erwachsene, dass mit allen Dingen ausgestattet ist, die man so benötigt. Klimaanlage ist sehr sinnvoll, wenn es so heiß ist, wie bei unserem Aufenthalt. Die Anfahrt zum Haus war etwas beschwerlich, wenn man das "in den Bergen fahren" nicht gewöhnt ist. Die Vermieter sind richtig nett und kümmern sich sehr! Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Toskanisches Flair, abgelegen und ruhig

Wir waren im Oktober bei gutem Wetter für 2 Wochen in dem liebevoll eingerichteten und sauberen Ferienhaus. Unsere 2 Hunde genossen die Möglichkeit sich im komplett umzäunten Garten aufzuhalten. Nur die "Gassi-Möglichkeiten" am Haus sind ziemlich eingeschränkt und steil. Die Parksituation ist knifflig, wenn sich in beiden Häusern Urlauber mit großen Wagen aufhalten. Da ragt einer ziemlich in die Straße hinein. Die Matratzen sind recht weich und das Sofa ziemlich durchgesessen. Sonst können wir an der Einrichtung nichts bemängeln. Das Haus ist im Herbst nachts recht kühl und klamm, da muss man mit der Klimaanlage nachheizen. Der Weg zu den größeren Supermärkten und zum Meer gestaltet sich recht zeitaufwändig (20-25 Minuten muss man rechnen), aber der Blick über das Tal ist es wert. Auch wenn man das Meer nur bei gutem Wetter in ziemlicher Entfernung sieht. Wichtig zu wissen ist das der Extra-Schlüssel zum Öffnen des Sicherungskastens am oberen Haus dient. Dieses benötigt man, um nach Stromausfällen (Gewitter o.ä.) die Hauptsicherung wieder eindrücken zu können. Ausflüge bieten sich an in die Garfagna (z.B. Grotta del Vento, Fortezza delle Verrucole), zum Wochenmarkt nach Forte dei Marmi, zum Torre del Lago Puccini und natürlich nach Pisa, Lucca und Florenz. Die "Strandsituation" stellen wir uns im Sommer jedoch schwierig vor, da über 90% des Strandes privat sind, im Oktober war das aber kein Problem.

ravissante maison au milieu des oliviers

Après l'accueil chaleureux de Jennifer à notre arrivée , elle nous a conduit jusqu'à la location,une jolie maison de caractère.La localisation de Camaiore est parfaite et nous a permis de visiter facilement: Les Cinq terres,Carrare,Pise,Sienne, Lucas.....au cours de notre de semaine. Les photos,la description et le confort présentés sur le site sont conformes à la réalité. L’accueil est très familial,avec de délicates attentions (corbeille de fruits,vin gâteaux). La décoration intérieure est soignée et l'habitation est très propre. Jennifer a toujours été très disponible et réactive pour tous les renseignements avant et pendant notre séjour.
