This 3 bedroom & 2 Bathroom brick home has everything you will need to enjoy your holiday. The main good size bedroom has its own ensuite Second bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. The main bedroom has air conditioning and lots of cupboard space. The second queen bedroom has a fan over the bed and the third bedroom has a pedestal fan.

A good size fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a spacious lounge room. The living/dining area is also air conditioned. There is a microwave, oven and stove top in the kitchen. Inside entertaining/relaxing area has a Smart TV, DVD and stereo that can be switched to play outside in the entertaining area as well. The main bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The main toilet is separate of the laundry which includes a fully auto washing machine.

Outside at the rear of the double garage is the Man Shed area with a second fridge, pool table, TV and bar area for entertaining. There is also a full length shady patio/ BBQ area as well.  Lawns surround the house for the kids or the family Dog to run around. The property is fully fenced so your fur baby will be safe on holidays. There is an electric roller door garage to park one car in and there is room at the property for the boat as well. It is close walking distance to the shops, pubs and river. You will not be disappointed as this house is comfy and offers a lot of areas to entertain or give everyone their own space as well. Any Damages done to the pool table or pool cue's, all repairs will be at your expense.

Wi-Fi is not available at this property. Free public Wi-Fi can be accessed at several locations in town, including the Kalbarri Visitor Centre, Kalbarri Library, Gorges Cafe and Kalbarri Motor Hotel.

Towering coastal sandstone cliffs bordering coastal reef fringes make great viewing platforms for the frequently visiting whales and dolphins.

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.

Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkeling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few. So take an organised tour or use your own transport, go by boat, take a scenic flight, trek the cliff tops, abseil down them, cycle to the lookouts or just relax the choice is yours.
