Nice little holiday complex

Thanks for our fun stay in Kalbarri. Management was very helpful and very good to deal with. The unit was compact but with all the essentials. One couch had broken webbing. The complex was in a great location and our young kids had fun exploring the playgrounds.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything we needed, warm in winter. But not very welcoming with many warnings what we should not do and threats of fines. There was wifi after all despite the recommendation to go to the library for wifi.

Thank you for your review on this property. We do appreciate your feed back on the signage, These signs are there as a reminder to the odd few guests that don't respect our holiday properties or the cleaners that have to go in once they have left. Unfortunately not all of our guests respect the accommodation . The WIFI it is very confusing at that property, sometimes it works and other times it doesn't. This could be why your were directed to the library, We do apologise for that . We do hope you enjoyed your time in Kalbarri and hope you visit our lovely town again

All 3 beds and toilet bathroom are upstairs via a tight spiral staircase so not great if need to use frequently. Beds very firm. Couches sink and uncomfortable. Crockery is too small, needs larger bowls. Lots of other utensils and baking trays etc and some dw liquid and flyspray. Wifi and pool, fast flowing shower, great place for a short stay, a week was a little long with the staircase.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Accommodation was cheap which was great. Dated and run down, but usable. Was fine for what we wanted which was a cheap stop for our family. Kalbarri as a stop I would not recommend. The town suffers after the cyclone over a year on, no great place for food, limited things to do.
