This unit is all about embracing the ocean views! You can view the stunning waters of Woorim beach from every room in this unit apart from the bathroom. The unit is situated on the top floor of a sort after complex on delightful Rickman Pde. Located directly across the lane way from the beach you really can't get much closer to the ocean. If you are looking for a beachside get away this unit has you all but sleeping on the sand.

The unit complex is not only located two steps to the sand it is a short stroll from the centre of town which has everything you could need for a beachside break. There are shops, cafes, clubs and restaurants. Playgrounds, the patrol area of the beach and excellent walking and biking tracks. The complex also has a swimming pool, a secure lock up garage for your car and additional off-street parking for any visitors or a second car.

Inside the unit you will find an open plan living, kitchen and dining area all with views of the ocean. The kitchen is excellently equipped with everything one should need to cook a family meal; the living room has a large book shelf with plenty of books and board games to keep the family entertained as well as sofas, a flat screen TV and unlimited wifi. This area flows out on to the balcony which too has ocean views as well as a view over the swimming pool. The balcony has a BBQ, table and chairs set and a small outdoor sofa.

There are three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and built in wardrobes. The master bedroom houses a queen size bed, walk in robe and a TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom and laundry are combined however the toilet is separate. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer and the bathroom a large shower and vanity.

This unit is all about sitting back in a convenient spot and enjoying the ocean!

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

Great location for ocean views. The unit is a bit tired and though freshly painted and has good appliances the general appointment and furnishings don't seem to measure up to the tariff when compared to other self contained units in the price bracket. Things like the torn insect screen on the balcony door, a kitchen cupboard door that failed to close because it needed a hinge repair, the noisy bed in the master bedroom and a general feel of it not being 100% clean detracted. There are places we return to time and again, but this won't be one of them.

Well overdue for maintenance and dirty

Window and door fittings broken, no or broken screens. generally run down and dirty. If you are going to rent your property and price gouge on a busy weekend at least make sure it's clean and the sliding door doesn't fall off when you open it. Very disappointing.

I have taken 21 photos of problems in this property The unit needs a full refurb . Feel ripped off

Had problems with tv an Foxtel. None of the window blinds would operate properly. Dishwasher wouldn’t work until I had to pull it out of its alcove and connected the power. Had to wash some frying pan before use. Bathroom light switch was unsafe. Bathroom fan made horrible noise. Bathroom cupboard was delaminating Bin was all rusty. Laundry cupboard was rusty . All Venetian blinds were rusty and very difficult to operate. Main sliding door blind was missing. We were too scared to use the bbq because of its condition overall. An access panel in the toilet fell open every time you closed the door. Both lounges had broken legs. All seat cushions were stained .Windows were filthy. Closer for screen door to was on the floor inside. External blind was totally wrecked. Some window screens were tattered. Garage door is in danger of coming off as it is so rusted. I really am thinking that we should get some sort of refund for the disgraceful way that the unit was presented
