Located in one of the best complexes in Bribie Island, this one of a kind unit is now available for holiday letting. From nowhere else in this complex will you be able to get the ocean view like you do from here!

Positioned peacefully on the top floor this unit has been completely renovated and filled with brand new furniture. You not only have an undisturbed ocean view, a swimming pool in the complex and unlimited NBN internet for your enjoyment but you will find the reason this is one of the best complex's in Bribie Island is its distance from the centre to town. Enjoy the peaceful sound of the sea at your door step as well as Woorim's shops, clubs and cafes, you will never need your car while staying here, just keep it parked in the lock up garage!

Open the front door to this unit and you will find a modern well equipped kitchen that gracefully flows on to the dining room and living room all while highlighting the ocean view. The kitchen has all that one would require on holiday including a coffee machine and dishwasher. The living room has a lovely 'L' shaped sofa and 50inch flat screen TV with live streaming and Netflix.There is also a good sized balcony, outdoor seating and BBQ where you might be lucky enough to spot the odd dolphin or whale passing by.

You will find that even the main bedroom has a beautiful ocean view; it holds a comfortable queen size bed and private access to the balcony. The second bedroom houses two king single beds. The modern bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet as well as a second separate toilet. There is a complete laundry in the unit with washer and dryer.

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

Great location

Great location, If you do some research on Bribie Island you will find you can have a nice holiday for a good price. This home stay is a stones throw from the beach and is easy walking distance to all you need.

Excellent location

Was very peaceful and the location couldn’t have been better. Everything you need is in walking distance. Only thing is parking is a bit of a tight squeeze.
