Hi Peter, thank you for your review and we are glad you enjoyed the property. Please note regarding the linen as explained to you all bookings made before July 1st 2022, as your booking was, did not include linen. The property was advertised without linen when you booked and your confirmation you received in June 2022 advised linen was not included. Bookings made after July 1st, 2022, include linen as the cleaning fee was increased to include linen to be supplied. Please understand you had not paid the increased clean fee to included linen. You were offered to have linen included at a discounted rated of $149 instead of the $250 as it would have been charged if you hired it when you booked. We apologise for the confusion but did spend a lot of time politely explaining this to you on the phone and showing you via email that your clean fee was $160 and your confirmation states no linen. Whereas the new clean fee is $330, and the new confirmations state linen included. Please understand you booked 13months in advance and were advised linen was not supplied so you were given a year's notice regarding the linen not two days as you claim.

Hi Peter, thank you very much for your feedback. We have had all of the air conditioners checked and they seemed to be working fine but we have been monitoring them since your report. The tradesman said maybe it was likely one of your appliances (phone charger?) that caused the power fault. The fans in the lounge rooms both work they are run via the remotes there is a note about having to have the light switch one and then controlling the lights and fans via the remote. We also checked the spa bath and this is working please note there are directions provided on how to use it. The water pressure is set as required in holiday rentals with the water saving compliant regulations and the hot water is also the same through the entire house with the legal temperature cap. Hi Gordon, Thank you for your review however we do feel it is a bit misleading. Firstly we are sorry you were not aware that there was no garage access however we do clearly advertise this to you before booking. There is a big section on the advertisement in bold that is labeled parking and its states the following "Off street parking only plenty of room for large boats, trailers and cars" we never mention garage access at any point. We do have two sets of keys for guest access for this property. You checked in after hours and only one key can fit in the envelope but if requested we could have got the second key set to you. The property is not cleaned by the property owners is it cleaned by professional housekeepers so I am unsure how you came to the conclusion that it was the property owners that cleaned the house. We do not get cleaning complaints very often and when we do we take them very seriously. You only mentioned having an issue after you left meaning we could not rectify the situation. However we did talk about it in depth at the office in person when your returned the keys and again in multiple emails after you vacate and came to an agreement. So I am unsure how you feel that we didn't bother to take notes or follow up as we have spoken and shared emails since you vacated. We tested the coffee machine upon your vacate and it was working fine so I believe it must have been user error likely using the incorrect pods. The lights and fans all work fine again this was user error. You need to ensure the light switch on the wall is turned on and then use the remote to control the fan and light. If you had contacted us with this issue during your stay and not mentioned it after you left we could have popped over to show you how to use them. There is also directions for this in the compendium at the property. We have since replaced the iron that we were not aware was not working before your stay. Again if you had called us during your stay we could have rectified this immediately. We are sorry it was not done prior to your arrival. We really do ask that you please also take into consideration that you paid $25 per person per night. That is less than what the local caravan parks charge for a non-powders campsite and you get this lovely fully self contained five bedroom house, with canal access, a private pool and pontoon, a pool table etc. We feel this is beyond a bargain and are hurt but your comments of us not caring about you.
