Living:-
The home has comfortable furnishings through- out with three separate indoor living areas to suit all the family. The open plan Kitchen, Dining room and Family room with leather
lounges and 50 inch Smart TV with Netflix overlooks the pool and canal. The lounge room has a 55 inch Smart TV with Netflix, a pool table at the other end plus there is a kids
retreat with lounge and TV near the single bedrooms.
Kitchen and Dining:-
The kitchen is an entertainer's delight, fully equipped with modern appliances, gas cook top, oven, microwave oven and bench seating. The large stainless steel side-by-side fridge
is fitted with an ice maker and filtered chilled water. There is a Nespresso coffee machine for a relaxing morning cuppa so don't forget to bring your pods.
The main indoor dining table seats 8 with a second dining table seating 6.
Bedrooms
The main bedroom is in a separate part of the house and overlooks the canal, it features a massive walk in robe and ensuite with oversized shower and bath plus a flat screen
TV.

The lounge room is a great gathering place to watch movies on the 55 inch Smart TV in cosy leather lounges. You can access Netflix, Freeview tv or YouTube. A Pool Table at
the other end of the room is perfect to entertain the entire family.

Alfresco and Outdoor Living:
Enjoy the beautiful canal views from the large tiled undercover alfresco area. This holiday home sits on Bribie's largest holiday let canal block. The alfresco area is fully covered
and has a large 6 burner, full stainless steel BBQ and fridge as well as 2 table settings with seating for 12+

The back yard houses the large 10 x 4 meter swimming pool. The back yard is fully fenced and secure from the swimming pool and canal. There is a big grassed area for the kids
and dog to play.

If you are into fishing you'll love the properties' large private pontoon fitted with lighting, power, water and a fish cleaning station. This pontoon is large enough to take the biggest
of trailerable boats with ease. The pontoon offers deep water access to the Pumicestone Passage and Moreton Bay. You can also fish off the pontoon.

There are multiple shops including Woolworth's, cafes, clubs and restaurants nearby. Enjoy all Bribie has to offer such as Fishing, swimming, boating, or exploring the National
forest by 4WD. The Pumicestone Passage is the perfect spot to enjoy a swim, picnic or bbq, there are many fabulous spots to enjoy the beautiful clear water. Kayaks, Water
bikes, Paddle Boards, Bicycles and Scooters are all available to hire right on the water's edge. Just a short drive to Woorim surf beach you'll enjoy a swim between the flags or a
walk on the beautiful stretch of white sandy beach.

Linen is included in with your booking. Linen is left on the bottom of each bed for guests upon arrival. This will include all linen other than pool/beach towels.

A $50 pet fee per dog applies when you bring a dog (outside).

Short Stay Bribie Island
Overall a great place to stay, close to Australia Zoo & Glass House Mountains. Great facilities on the island. The only downside of our booking was when booking thru Stayz it stated that all linen was included but when I completed the final book in with Bribie Island Real Estate office that linen was never include a after backward and forwards with emails and copies of our Stayz booking confirmation they were adamant that there would be no linen supplied and that we would need to hire linen for the 10 of us at cost of $149.00and at 2 days notice we had no choice to do so, abut disappointing

The perfect stay
This is such a lovely property. It is spacious and very comfortable. And the kitchen was packed with anything you need. The location was easy to get to and being on the canal and having a pool we felt like we didn’t even need to go adventuring. I often thought it is a silly thing to say but I seriously would stay there again. Thank you to the hosts for their lovely home.

Needs work done to it, air conditioning keeps tripping the power box, fans in both lounge rooms don’t work, spa bath didn’t work, water pressure is terrible and hot water way to hot in kitchen

Not very clean
This was a comfortable 5 brm, two bathroom residence in a lovely location. However upon arrival we were informed that there was only one key and no access to the garage hence no undercover parking (not mentioned in the description of a 5 brm house on the largest block in Banksia Beach!). It was not cleaned particularly well ( apparently by owners & not by professionals we later found out) on arrival the recycle rubbish bin was over flowing and put out for collection a week early hence we had to take our recycle rubbish to a neighbour who we were visiting. Lawns were due for a mow and the outside patio had leaves and mould from spillage on tiles. There was body hair on the toilet floors and all dishes and the dining table felt sticky to touch. The nespresso coffee machine must have been the smallest available and was either worn out or in need of a major service as it barely functioned, how was it expected to service 12 people would be anyone's guess. Remote light switches and some ceiling fans didn't work and the iron was damaged and unusable. We passed this information onto the managing agent who didn't bother take any notes to follow up after the checkout rush.
