Great Getaway

Very nice property. Clean, well maintained, and well stocked with everything we needed. Pool and Hot tub were a great addition to relax after a long day on the lake.

Awesome Stay!

We had such a wonderful time. Amanda and Andrew have such a beautiful home! It was perfect for my family and I! Pet friendly is such a huge plus as well! They were both quick to respond with any questions we had and were extremely kind! I highly reccomend staying here! We would love to come back!

Great house for larger group!

Love the house! Comfortable and lots of room/seating for larger group. The kitchen was very big with all necessities. The hot tub was great and heated up very quickly. My only complaint, but wasn’t a huge deal….I messaged a couple times before our stay asking if the pool was heated or not and never received a response until a couple days before check in. Come to find out the pool is not heated, unless you want to pay to heat it.

Excellent Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the home. The bedrooms were nice with a Master on one side of the home and the other two bedrooms on the other side of the home. The backyard is very nice with pool, hot tub and horse shoe pit. Convenient location to most everything in Lake Havasu City.

Everything you need

The home is nicely decorated and well maintained. It is nicer to see with your own eyes. The owner was very responsive to any question or requests we had. They also did a great job supplying the home with all the essentials and more. My family and I had a great time and will definitely be back if we ever need a place to stay!

Perfect Two Family House!!!

These owners really have pride in their property. This is a beautiful home with an amazing layout. This property picture well and is even better in person. We stay in vacation rentals 4-5 times during the boating season and I cannot wait to try to get back into this home. I will definitely be trying to plan future trips around the availability of this home.

First time using VRBO and Amanda was great. The house was in a nice neighborhood, close to a grocery store, 95 and pretty quiet. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped and had everything we needed, and really nice pots and pans! The pool and spa were great after a long day of racing. Instructions were well laid out on running pool and spa. If you are looking for a nice home and great owners I would pick this house. Like the title says I will be staying there again! Thanks Amanda & Andrew for letting us stay in your home!

I couldn't be happier.

I felt like moving into a show model. Everything was in its place, well organized and cleanliness was top notch. For anybody that travels often you know that feeling of being away from home and longing to sleep in our beds, cooking in our kitchens, bathing in our showers, etc. The funny thing is that we had the feeling of being back home as we stepped into this property, so I could say the house didnt feel like rental, it felt more like a home away from home. The house is conveniently located near a large supermarket and minutes away from The London Bridge. The owners Andrew and Amanda couldnt have been any more kind and helpful throughout the process, we are definately coming back here on our next visit to Havasu.
