Key Colony at its most charming! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, half duplex is located in the heart of Marathon in Key Colony Beach. As an all ground level home with a large open floor plan, guests will enjoy ease of access throughout. A spacious kitchen, oversized breakfast bar and dining area give guests room to spread out and enjoy a casual meal or the catch of the day at home.

- Maximum Occupancy: 7 guests (includes adults and children of any age)

(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)
- No day guests or visitors allowed above the advertised max. occupancy.
- Parking: STRICT 2 vehicle max. *No trailer parking at this property.
- Key Colony offers a trailer storage lot on 8th St. ($150 per week*)
*KCB trailer parking rate is regulated by the City of Key colony and is subject to change.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Our favorite vacation property

We love this property! Stayed here 2 times already. This duplex has everything from the hot tub to the deck on the canal, and even access to the cabana club as well as extremely sweet neighbors who brought us cookies one day. Can't go wrong booking this property we will be back again no doubt!

We had a great time!! Property was big enough for 6 people, clean and we found everything we needed to have a great vacation. The club passes saved us from looking around for the beach. We had access to a private beach and a pool. Highly recommend if you would like a perfect vacation!

House just as described and well stocked. We enjoyed a great week, boating and cooking. Enjoyed the cabana club one day. Nice size pool. We were there while hurricane helene was brewing but honestly made the best of it and still enjoyed the cloudy windy days.

The Home was gorgeous and easy "in and out" for our boat

This property was perfect for us. Also, the ladies at the management office were very accommodating, since our family went through a terrible ordeal prior to our trip. We definitely recommend this property for your vacation. It was perfect!!!!!!!

Beautiful location

Great property with all the amenities we needed. We rented paddle boards and were able to use them right off the dock. The pool and beach were awesome, we went there several times. It is only a short walk. The neighbors were so sweet and lent us some items we needed. Would definitely go back!

The place was nice, comfortable, neat. Had enough space for five adults. Nice dock area to relax and watch the sun set. We were a little surprised to find that we only got "starter" items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and bathroom soap, and that we had to buy our own laundry detergent. Also some fairly strict requirements at the pool, plus there were housecleaning chores we had to do before leaving (else we would get hit in the security deposit). Hence the four stars instead of five. Other than that, very beautiful, relaxing, and overall wonderful place to spend some time in the Keys!

Lovely clean and spacous home

The home was clean, spacious, and just like depicted in pictures. The dock was perfect for my 21ft boat. The home is managed through a management company. The company was prompt to respond to issues but also came with a lot of requirements and rules followed with fines if not abide by. Overall it was a great stay that we would and might come back to. Thank you for a great trip.

Great place!

We would definitely stay here again. The neighbors are quiet and very nice, they brought us fresh baked cookies. The way the property sits it's a little difficult to watch the sunset but getting a boat in and out is very simple and we enjoyed asking the boats going by how they did that day. If I were to complain about anything it's that the cabana pool/clubhouse area has a lot of rules and they go over all of them when you come in. I was afraid to sneeze. Obviously the home owner/rental company have zero control over that. The house itself was great and our bed was comfy. Our friends did mention it can get a bit warm in the master bedroom. Kitchen is fully outfitted for all your needs with a basket style filter in the coffee maker. There is a small garage with a second fridge and bait freezer and several beach needs like an ice chest, floats, ect. The grill was out of gas but we followed the instructions in the manual and got it filled and emailed the receipt and it was refunded promptly.

Could not have asked for a better house and location.. Walk out of to the left 2 minute walk to golf course behind that tennis and pickle ball courts.......To the right less than 5 minute walk Cabana Club pool and beach.....Sunset Park to the right ....Restaurant 1/2 block ......... Bedrooms were nice only thing if the room with the pocket doors only had a TV in it other two bedrooms had TV’s ....Other than that house was perfect....Any problems we had property manger took care of right away.......we will definitely be back again

Super cute property, and it is perfect to have a 24' boat or less at the dock in order to go out fishing. We even caught 2 sharks from the dock! Super fun week with the family!

Beautiful place

We had stayed one time in Key Colony Beach and enjoyed it. We came back this year and this rental far surpassed our previous stay. The home is in a fantastic location to walk to the Cabanna Club. We fished on the canal, ride bikes all over KCB and spent time unwinding. The house way very clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful home

From the minute we walked into the home were impressed. The home was clean and fresh. It had one of the most fully stocked kitchens I have ever seen. The hot tub and dock were fantastic. The neighbors next door were wonderful people. I highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Key Colony, FL.

Relaxing Stay

We stayed at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was clean, well decorated, and the neighbors were very friendly. It’s close to the Cabana Club and the dock is a great place to hang out. We would definitely recommend this property for a Keys vacation.
