This Matarangi holiday home is set over one level, with a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area that opens on to a large north facing deck where you can relax and dine outdoors throughout the summer months!

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and an ensuite. The main bedroom opens onto the deck. The second bedroom has a Queen bed also, and the third bedroom has a sturdy single bunk set and a single bed, making this holiday home perfect for an extended family. The main bathroom has a bath as well as a shower.

The house has all modern appliances, including fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), Laundry, and a 4 burner barbeque.

The section is large and flat, and has plenty of off street parking with loads of room for a large boat. This Matarangi accommodation is situated just a 2 minute stroll away from the beach, with only one road to cross!
