A comfortable, open-plan living, dining and kitchen area greet you as you walk into this cosy Arrowtown home. There’s plenty of seating, with a second sitting area next to the dining area plus window and breakfast bar seating. There’s room for everyone to enjoy their space!

Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are situated off the hallway. Bedroom 3 is fitted with a King bed plus an ensuite, bedroom 2 is fitted with 1 single bunk set and a queen, and bedroom 1 with a queen bed. Bedroom 4 has 1 double bed and is located off the garage (note : this is not suitable for children and sleeps x1). The main bathroom is located off the hallway, and there is also a separate toilet. The BBQ area is accessed via the kitchen, and an outdoor dining area is available for warmer stays.

For the outdoorsy members of your crew, Tobin’s Track is less than a five minute drive away and after a brisk walk will give you breathtaking views across the whole Wakatipu Basin, or join up with the Queenstown Trail nearby for over 120K of cycling or trail running around the area. Central Arrowtown is less than a five minute drive away. The local Four Square is within a ten minute walk, or the Five Mile shopping development is a fifteen minute drive for access to two major supermarkets as well as a wide range of shops. The Queenstown Airport is a twenty minute drive away, and Queenstown CBD twenty five minutes. If you’re staying in winter, Coronet Peak ski area is a 30 minute drive and the Remarkables and Cardrona 45 minutes away. You’re perfectly situated for any sort of retreat!

Please note that the driveway is steep and can be icy during winter months.

Vehicles are not to be parked on the grass section.
