PLEASE NOTE: Guests must arrive before 7 pm on the day of arrival so that they can be met and given the correct entry cards to the resort.PLEASE NOTE CELLPHONE COVERAGE IS LIMITED IN THE LAKES RESORT.As the property has unfenced access to the golf course and lakes on the grounds, adults should closely supervise young children while outside.All guests at Putt it at the Pauanui have access to the Lakes Resort Sports Complex, including a pool and tennis courts. The Sports Complex is a 5 minute walk from the Villa. Please note, the gym is only for people 16 years or over. The heated pool is unavailable between Anzac weekend and Labour Weekend. Guests cannot walk on the golf course paths unless playing golf due to restrictions by the Lakes Resort.Please be aware that the two single beds in the garage on level 1 are stretcher beds.There is a gas bottle available for guest use if they bring their own bbq.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
