Right in the heart of Napier, less than a 10-minute walk right into town and less than a 15-minute walk to the water is where you'll find Central City Gem!

Spacious and bright, this holiday home is warm and welcoming, ensuring you're in holiday mode from the minute walk in the front door. The large lounge room offers loads of space for everyone to get comfy and have some family time. With four bedrooms, Central City Gem can sleep up to 8 guests, without comprising on plenty of room for everyone to unwind.

If you're planning a Summer escape, there is an outdoor deck on the second floor, perfect for enjoying the morning coffee in the fresh air or enjoying those classic kiwi al fresco BBQ's. If you need to get the blood pumping, there is a large tennis court available so be sure to book yourself in and practice your serve!

For more of your holiday spent enjoying yourself and seeing everything Napier has to offer, you'll love the Central location. Almost the same distance into the hub of Napier City as it is to get to the water's edge. Make sure to check out the Farmers Market on Saturday morning to pick up some fresh produce for those delicious holiday meals!

Amazing luxury house in the center of Napier

Really nice property in central Napier. Easily walkable to many attractions. Very large and spacious with a good kitchen that was well appointed. The tennis court was a nice addition (the rackets and balls provided could have been better, but not a big deal). Overall would highly recommend!
