Sunrise Beach House is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Rarangi holiday house. Located on the spectacular sweep of Cloudy Bay, Sunrise Beach House is situated right opposite the Rarangi reserve, protected from the sea breezes by trees, yet only 100 steps to the beach!

This Rarangi holiday house offers open plan living that is spacious and light. With retro styling, modern enhancements and a sprinkling of Kiwiana, the living area leads onto decking for easy outdoor living and a BBQ for your convenience. Sunrise Beach House is disabled friendly with wheelchair access both front and back via ramps, and a newly renovated kitchen, with good internal space throughout. The property is also fully fenced and ideal for children and pets.

There are 3 bedrooms at this Rarangi accommodation, bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, while bedroom 2 is fitted with a single bed, and bedroom 3 a double. There are 2 bathrooms to complete the indoor set up at Sunrise Beach House. Guests also have access to free unlimited WiFi, sports equipment in the garage and a table tennis table. There is a heat pump and other heaters for keeping warm and cosy in winter and cooling air conditioning in summer.

When you are not sitting back and relaxing, the bach is within walking distance from not only the beach but a bush walk, natural caves, a spectacular look-out to Cloudy Bay, a children's playground, the Rarangi golf course and tennis courts, and it is biking distance away from Wairau River and diversion - ideal for swimming, fishing and kayaking. Popular White's Bay is just over the hill.

You are also short driving distance away from the celebrated Marlborough Wine Trail and all the town amenities of Blenheim - only 15-20 minutes by car. From this location you are also 25 minutes drive to Picton and the magnificent Marlborough Sounds. You can also take the high, winding scenic route to the Sounds from Rarangi Beach via historic Port Underwood.

Bitter sweat

My dad lived around the corner so this was in the ideal location to be able to visit my dad while he was in his last stages of lung cancer. The house is quaint and charming I totally understand that the house is a family house but it’s over cluttered and the furniture needs to be replaced the springs in the couch need to be replaced as it’s falling apart. All the beds need to be replaced with new mattress. One bed was sagging in the middle and the other was like laying on the floor. If it wasn’t for the location to my fathers home we wouldn’t of stayed for as long as we did. Witch is really sad as this house has so much potential.

Rarangi Beach Getaway

Very pleasant and roomy - a short walk to the beach and a rather challenging golf course. Very much enjoyed by a family of four adults

Great family bach

Great central location to gather our family together from the North and South Islands. We enjoyed nearby bush walks, kayaking from Whites Bay and the cycling trails and vineyards in nearby Blenheim.
