Unacceptable

Communication not done through VRBO app. Very surprised to learn no sheets or towels available in unit. Two TVs that did not function. Lots of rules about trash, etc. We left 2 hours after arrival. We did not stay for our reserved time. As a previous owner who had a VRBO rental in Tulsa, Oklahoma for several years I was very disappointed in this rental. I know how an owner with 5 star ratings handles their VRBO. These owners need customer service education and to publish prior to accepting payment from customers what they are offering.

Perfect Maine Get-Away / Close Enough to NYC

Comfortable (especially the king size bed), clean, great outdoor space (with BBQ) and easy walk to the beach, everything my wife and I were looking for in our first Maine experience.
