Five Islands Bay Vue Villa is a stand alone, private, fully air conditioned villa, located on the hill above the Royalton Antigua Resort, with magnificent views of Deep Bay and Antigua's North-West coast. It is a 20 minute drive from the airport, 8 minutes drive to 3 of the island's most beautiful beaches and 12 minutes drive to shopping & restaurants in St. John’s, Antigua’s capital.
The property is fully fenced with private driveway parking for up to 3 cars. The open plan living room / eat-in kitchen with island, continues to the patio with a dining table with seating for 6, barbecue, heated infinity pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers and patio seating.
The master bedroom with a king-size bed, ceiling fan and fireproof safe, has an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and stand-up shower. The second bedroom has 2 double beds (which can be joined together as one), a ceiling fan and a bath tub/shower in the second bathroom.
Bay Vue Villa is ideal for guests who need to work remotely while on vacation. There’s an office nook and high speed fiber internet which is accessible throughout the interior and patio/pool area.
Amenities include, cable tv, Netflix, Prime tv, exterior security cameras, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, a safe and stand-by generator, and for the beach beach towels, a portable cooler, folding beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Add ons include housekeeping ($75 US) and a 4 dr Jeep Wrangler rental ($600 US per week) which includes round trip airport taxi and insurance. Great stay ! Emma and Kevin and local host Kevin are on it with communication and helpfulness . Very clean very comfortable .Gorgeous view from Villa overlooking Deep Bay ! Villa has everything you need and more for a rental . Pool and outside deck space is amazing ! I did not rent a car so walked to beaches nearby ( Deep Bay 20 min walk , Hawksbill Bay 35 min walk , Eden Beach 40 min walk ) . Hosts help arranged taxi to/ from airport , and to English harbour .

Perfect and private with awesome views!

We had a wonderful week at this private villa! The house was perfect for our family of 5. We rented the car and toured the island with no issues. The property is centrally located to what became some of our favorite beaches & the market was only a 10 minute drive. The beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas were nice to have & we loved the private pool! We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

We were met at the airport by a wonderful driver that the owners set up for us. He was a great tour guide and stopped at the store as well as a Restaraunt before taking us to the home. We were met at the home by Kevin A. Who was extremely helpful with not only updating us on the house but the neighborhood and great restaurants choices. The hosts were Easy to reach and answered all our questions in a timely fashion. This was a wonderful way to start our two week vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning view

Bay View Villa was my family's tropical oasis for the week that we spent in Antigua. We spent lots of our time right there on the property just enjoying dips in the pool and the spectacular views. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4. Emma and Kevin are fantastic hosts who have really spent the time and effort to think about and provide all the things you may need while on vacation. The communication leading up to and throughout the stay was also great. Plus having the property manager, also named Kevin, live in a neighboring home was an added comfort and convenience. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. We are very happy with our decision to stay at Bay View Villa. It is all that its advertised to be and more!

Great house and an incredible view

My brother, our wives and me stayed at the villa for a week. The view is outstanding and the patio pool area was fabulous. We stayed around the pool for several days enjoying the privacy and sun but also ventured to English Harbor and Jolly Harbor and beach at Hawksbill. The added car that you can rent from the owners made travel around the island easy. However, driving in Antigua is not for the faint of heart… be prepared for rough roads and drivers always in a hurry. We found a great restaurant, Bay House, with the most incredible sunsets. Overall we had a great time at a great spot. Kevin the property manager met us on arrival and went over every detail as well as checking in with us a couple times during our stay…If you are looking for a great jumping off location to travel around the island but also to be able to cook at home (well stocked kitchen) then this is the place. There isn’t a restaurant close by but that was not an issue for us. Thanks Kevin and Emma for a memorable vacation.

Best Hideaway in Antigua

Our stay was wonderful!!! The owner, Kevin arranged a driver to pick us up, go by the police station to get us a temp license, and then took us by the grocery before delivering us to the Villa. It was Beautiful!! The view of the bay is unforgettable and the infinity pool is so very relaxing. he even came by to warm it up for us just a bit. Kevin was so very attentive to our every request and need. always there if we had questions. He and his wife will respond almost immediately to emails before the trip and then immediately by phone once you get there. the house was spotless, cool, and well appointed. everything we needed was right there. nice and private on the back patio and poolside. They gave wonderful suggestions about things to do. We will be back. PS. Ive never had such attention to our needs as Kevin. Super guy!!! Thank you again!!!

We had a great time at this property. Kevin went over and above our expectations for making us feel welcome, getting us settled, and making sure we had everything we needed during our entire stay. To say he was attentive is an understatement. The house was beautiful, the views were spectacular. We spent a lot of time at the pool, at nearby Deep Bay Beach, and going into St. John's. It was helpful to buy groceries on the way because once you're at the house there aren't very convenient options for getting food. The closest place is down the hill at the Green Apple for lunch/dinner. There's another little spot near the Green Apple for muffins, sandwiches, etc but she doesn't open before 11am. The weather was great. The wifi worked great. The beds were comfortable. No complaints at all. Thank you!

Perfect Villa!

We had an amazing time at this Villa. At first we didn’t see reviews on VRBO but I found some on Air BnB so check more reviews out there! John coordinated everything on island for us and he was great for a local connection. They have a car you can rent from them and as part of that cost they send someone to pick you up and drop you off. I’d highly recommend this unless you really know your way around the island. We explored every day and were in a good location to do so. Highly recommend the Reef Riders tour where you drive your own “mini boat” out to snorkel at the reef. Best excursion I’ve ever been on. Deep Bay is right near the house only a couple minute drive and it’s beautiful. The house is spotless and very nice. Every evening after the beach we enjoyed swimming and grilled several nights rather than going out. Thanks for sharing your home with us! We are going to miss that view.

Great place to vacation

The property was great- good amenities but yes that road to the house is a real challenge!!! Loved pool and morning coffee on the deck watching a Kingbird drink from the pool!. Kevin and Emma and their team are TOP NOTCH- I've rented many places and this was the best communication I've ever had. Also have to recommend Turner Beach (also recommended by Emma and Kevin). AC worked great! It was all good.

Great stay all around - the house was exactly as listed with even better views in a very nice neighborhood. The house was very clean and all of the basics provided. Hosts were very organized and respond quickly to any questions. Definitely recommend a car if you plan on leaving the house often. Looking forward to staying again!!
