About this property

Our homes are known as " The boys of Summer Rental". Miles of unobstructed ocean views and sandy beach in your backyard! Huge covered back porch for you to just hang out and enjoy the breeze, watch the dolphins or boats passing by. Inside is the Great room with a direct view of the ocean. No neighbors on each side to ensure privacy. The Kitchen is fully equipped to make large meals. There is a large table that seat 8 for a family gathering with views to the ocean too! Wake up the sound of the ocean on the 2 front bedrooms. The floor plan is split so each side of the home has their bathrooms. There are 3 queen beds and 2 single beds. Sheets and towels,4 TVs , full size washer, dryer , Netflix and Fast WIFI are included in your stay. There is hot/cold shower by the ocean side to hear the waves as take a shower. Within a 10 min walk to the grocery store, bars, restaurants, and shops!

There is a 1 pet limit up to 75 lbs. Yard is fully fenced in , Great for Pets and kids ! ( Fenced was completed after the aerial photos )

3 days min rental except for June - August is 7 days rental Saturday to Saturday.

Great pet-friendly beach house

We really enjoy that the property is right on the beach with a large deck that provides shade. Appreciated the deck updates (we were last there in 2019). The fenced-in feature is great for our dog. Enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful

Love at first sight. Really truly amazing vacation in this beautiful home! Clean, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated. Sunrises and sunsets from the deck every day! We loved our stay here and will definitely return.

Birthday trip

We had a wonderful time and the house was perfect! Recommend staying here if you get the chance the house was fully stocked and on the beach. We will be back and the host we very helpful throughout the process.
