BREATHTAKING SUN RISE AND SUN SETS on the lake with a HUGE deck to enjoy it from. Newly renovate 3 bedroom 3 bathroom walk in condo. Brand new furniture, and mattresses. New paint in all rooms, new flooring in most of the condo, worked very hard to make this a cozy lake vibe you'll want to return to. Very centrally located near all the hot spots at the lake. We have a boat slip and lift available as well. We worked hard to make this condo one you won't forget. Come Stay and see for yourself.

The main reason my husband and I bought this condo was for the AMAZING, UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF THE MAIN CHANNEL AND THE HUGE DECK TO EXPERIENCE IT FROM! When we walked out on that deck for the first time, we knew we wanted to have that view anytime we wanted. It's hard to find a view like that that doesn't have docks, or buildings, etc blocking the view, it's truly a million dollar view at a super affordable not million dollar price tag. The deck is so spacious and allows for a family to sit out there and enjoy watching the boats go by, the sun rise and the sun sets.We are located on the 2MM which is very close to the Dam right off horseshoe bend parkway. Very centrally located to the most popular attractions here at the lake.Lakeside pool at the point (mouth of the cove), high on the bluff pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, luggage carts, playground for children are all available for use. Our complex is very family friendly and perfect for your family getaway.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would or could need to make the perfect meals, or cocktails. Refrigerator and stove are brand new, microwave and dishwasher work like a champ.
Deck with lots of seating, mini bar area. Large tv mounted on wall so you can watch your favorite spots game or show. Sliding glass doors open to family room and master bedroom( one of the guest bedrooms also has access to walk out on deck from their bedroom). Charter cable & internet with WiFi and flat screen smartTVs in each bedroom and living room and deck. Netflix is also on each television.
Parking available for 1 vehicle at unit and guest parking nearby.
Adult and children's board games available, along with floats and noodles for the pool and some water toys for the kids. We also have beach towels for everyone, so no need to bring those. We do ask that you're mindful and remember to bring them back with you after a day of swimming or boating.
We have a 29X10 boat slip available for $15/night.
We have a washer and dryer with detergent, stain removers, bleach, dryer sheets available. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper and tissue, we base how much we supply on your length of stay.

Perfect for a lake getaway

We picked this property because of its location and lakeview and we were not disappointed. It was an easy drive without the winding rural roads looking for signs everywhere. When we arrived at the condo we parked right in front of the door and it was just a 15 walk to the door. The condo has 3 nice bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The living area and kitchen were spacious and very usable. In all honesty the walls and kitchen lighting were a bit dated but just an asthetic thing as all were quite functional. And...when you open the curtains and see the deck and lakeview you are transported to awesome lakelife. The deck is large, covered, and wraps all the way around the condo. It has a tv and tabletop firepit as well as several other pieces of furniture. The view is of the main channel is spectacular. The condo faces north towards Rocky Mount so there is no glaring sun in the mornng or evening when you are on the deck. The beds were comfortable and good sized. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. We would 100 percent recommend Amber's place and I should mention that she was very communicative with us and easy to reach. We look forward to staying there again sometime.

Beautiful location

Our family of 5 takes a Thanksgiving trip every year and this was our first time going to the Lake in the Ozarks. The condo was absolutely perfect! It was well stocked with everything that we needed to fix our meals and then some. The view was beautiful and we really enjoyed the fire pit and tv that were on the patio! Amber was very quick to respond to any questions that I had during the booking and getting settled in once we arrived!

We had some rainy & windy weather but it was nice to sit inside and watch the water. This is our second stay at this location and will be back again. Thanks for a nice relaxing time!

Relaxing Get-Away

Our family enjoyed our time here very much. We very much relaxed and sat on the expansive deck taking in the view of the lake and boats passing by. The condo was comfy and had everything we needed. Location was convenient to nearby restaurants and activities (10 mins from Bagnell Dam strip). Condo complex is pretty/peaceful with nice green areas for your pets. Would for sure return here!

My husband and I love to travel! We always hoped one day to purchase an amazing home to make memories with our family and we finally have done that. We have always used travel sites like airbnb, vrbo, etc to book our places to stay at while away. I personally have always had an amazing time and thought I would love to be able to do the same one day for others, so we decided to share this amazing condo with other people and their families.

Why they chose this property

We bought this condo based off the first step we took on the huge wrap around deck and was right there with miles and miles of lake ozark views. You will not find a better view for this affordable price. You get the best sun rises and sun sets here too. Watching the boats and jet skis on the water is so much fun when you're just relaxing on the deck. We have just added a nice gas fire pit to the deck of the cool fall chilly nights. Makes it so comfy and enjoyable.

What makes this property unique

We are a walk in unit so no steps, which is HUGE, especially with kiddos or lots of luggage, etc. When you walk in you are immediately looking out the sliding doors to that gorgeous views! Newly renovated inside, with brand new beds, linens, mattress's, decor, flooring, paint, etc. A lot of hard work has went into this home and we hope you see and feel right at home in it.
