A nicely decorated open-plan living room with Gas Fireplace on the upper level is shared with a large open kitchen & dining area & living area, all with LAKEFRONT views & a shower/powder room. This level has a full deck with an eating area & BBQ that overlooks the lake. The living room has a gas fireplace, ample seating, & a flat-screen TV. DVDs & games are also available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Lakehouse has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms & many wonderful lakefront views from each room, 2 bedrooms with lakefront views & 1 full bathroom connecting both bedrooms downstairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house in a terrific location on the lake. We appreciated all the fans provided, it kept the house very pleasant. The fenced yard was perfect for the dog The only thing is the railings are in poor shape, splinters galore so be careful not to use them ( which defeats the purpose of having them). A really terrific house, we will be back!

Our own Winter Playground

This property is absolutely beautiful! The views of the lake and mountains are stunning! Our children built snowmen, made snow angels and created a sled path right in the backyard!! Can't wait to come back in the summer!

Great little place! We really enjoyed it

We were really pleased with the customer service. We originally rented a different place that had scary stairs for our 2 dogs and toddler. They were super understanding and we got in a different place within no time. The new Place was great! Lake front, nice views, clean, comfy beds and my daughters favorite...a jacuzzi and fuz ball table

Perfectly Fine

House was fairly clean and as described. It was well stocked but lacking larger frying pans. Bunk beds and bed in separate room were quite uncomfortable, but master room was good. Location is a nice neighborhood, but a little bit of a drive to town amenities. Overall a pretty good rental.

Everything was great! We really enjoyed it. Short walk to a great hike.- Castle rock. Big coffee maker not working, NO broom in house. Also, a little disappointed with the non view from hot tub because the cover had to lean that way so you couldn’t see the lake. But amazing views from patio & nice to have the dock for the afternoon sun. We will be back;-))

It was just me my little guy and my dogs and we had such a Great time. My boy felt super comfortable like if we were at home. It was nice to be able to bring the dogs and go for walks so close to the lake! I loved making breakfast and dinner with the spectacular view. Enjoyed our stay although the home could have been cleaner

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The code to get the keys was not updated on all paperwork received, nad to call to get it. The kitchen cabinets and handles were dirty. There was animal vomit on the lower half of the kitchen bench. We had a good time but believe you need a different cleaning crew.

All-around AWESOME!

The house was clean, spacious, nicely decorated, had all the nonstick cooking pots/pans - thank you...the beds were comfortable. The house was so nice and warm for us when we walked in. Perfect location and access to the lake for nice walks. and fun in the snow. PLEASE THANK THE OWNERS! You are so appreciated! This has nothing to do with the property, but the check-in process...we had to drive by the house all the way past the town to FIND the check-in area and read exactly what we read online and agreed to then be told okay, we will send you the code via email. That was a bit annoying after being in the car for over 2 hours, with hungry teens and a dog. Not cool..

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place! I tend to think many places in big bear smell a little. Do they have septic tanks maybe? Not this one! This was the cleanest freshest nicest place I’ve ever stayed in big bear!!! One of the nicer VRBOs I’ve ever stayed at. I can be hard to please. I think this place was better than most of the reviews say. Area was great too. Best sledding hill around is right next door to house. Be careful though some rocks at bottom of hill. Mark it with a snowman.

A nicely decorated open-plan living room with Gas Fireplace on the upper level is shared with a large open kitchen & dining area & living area, all with LAKEFRONT views & a shower/powder room. This level has a full deck with an eating area & BBQ that overlooks the lake. The living room has a gas fireplace, ample seating, & a flat-screen TV. DVDs & games are also available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Main Lakehouse has 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms with flat-screen TVs in both bedrooms & many wonderful lakefront views from each room, 2 bedrooms with lakefront views & 1 full bathroom connecting both bedrooms downstairs.
