WOW, Panoramic Views!

This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath, all tile condo sleeps 8 comfortably, with a king-sized bed in the master bedroom with en suite bath, including a beautifully tiled walk-in shower with built-in seating. A king-sized bed in the second bedroom has an adjoining door to the hall bathroom with walk-in shower for privacy. There are 2 twin beds in the third bedroom with en suite bathroom and tub/shower combo. A sleeper sofa is in the living room to provide additional bedding, as well as comfortable seating to relax after a fun-filled day in the sun! The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Enjoy your morning coffee (Keurig and a drip coffee maker) on the balcony while watching the dolphins swim by and taking in the views that the Gulf of America is famous for. Enjoy breathtaking Gulf views from the master bedroom and living room areas. Also, be sure to take a refreshing swim in one of the 3 pools SeaSpray has to offer, soak in our hot tub, play at our newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts, grill your fresh catch at our BBQ area, or enjoy our marina with a boat slip! We also have a well equipped beach front gym for your workout routine! There are so many luxuries that you really can't go wrong staying here and making memories with family and friends!
Must be 25 to rent.
Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

Great place to relax!

We loved everything about the condo. What upset us was the fact that we came back one afternoon and a maintenance person was in the condo without any notice at all. What he was there to fix was odd as well since it could have been fixed before we got there or after we left. Otherwise condo was great!

The Annual Girls Trip

We had a wonderful time! Unit is lovely and comfortable! Plenty of room and privacy for each of us! We loved it. Well stocked kitchen and loved the mini bar area. Does need a little maintenance...overall we loved this unit. Loved the check in process...not a hitch, quick and informative! We will be back!
