Welcome to the perfect coastal retreat! This charming 2-bedroom 2 bath vacation rental offers a cozy cottage feel paired with beautiful, stylish furnishings. Conveniently located in the West building, this walk-in entry level unit provides effortless access; no waiting on elevators-which makes trips to the pools and beach a breeze. The primary bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed and private ensuite bath with walk in shower. The second bedroom offers a Queen bed with an adjacent hall bath, ideal for guests. The inviting living room includes a sleeper sofa, matching loveseat and swivel chairs - perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Whether you're whipping up breakfast or a casual dinner, you will enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. With its easy access, thoughtful layout and welcoming atmosphere, this unit is a wonderful place to unwind and feel right at home.

Stay active and energized at SeaSpray's well equipped fitness center, soothe those muscles in the hot tub or make a splash & cool off in one of the 3 refreshing pools. Pools are open daily from 9am until dusk. With a traffic controlled pedestrian walkway, you can enjoy a game of tennis/pickleball, store your kayak, and use the propane grill house right across the street at our Riverside building, while exploring the well-maintained grounds with an evening walk on the pier.

Must be 25 to rent.

Parking passes are managed by VRPS (Vacation Rental Parking) Guests will receive an invitation to register up to 2 vehicles per condo: $55.00 per vehicle plus tax and processing fees per stay. Any vehicle not registered will be ticketed, booted or towed at vehicle owner's expense. Boat/Trailer registration fee is $350.00 per week or $55.00 per day, plus tax and processing fees.

There are (2) Level 2 Blink Electric Vehicle Chargers at SeaSpray Condos in the Riverside parking lot. The 2 spaces are near the maintenance shop.

Great location!

Our family loved this room, it came with everything needed for the week! The furniture selection was super comfy, check in at the office was smooth and we had a minor leak in our room and the service was quick and friendly to get it fixed up. Will be staying here again!

Clean and Quiet

The property was better than the pictures! Location is fantastic with plenty of restaurants and shops within 5-10 minutes. This stretch of Perdido Key seems “less busy” so never felt crowded, which we love.

Fun in the sun

Great location for this spacious, lovely condo. We enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool that was cleaned daily. Easy trip to the Naval Air station for the museum and a Blue Angel air show. Awesome!

Can't wait to return!

Unit 103 of Sea Spray (West bldg.) was perfect. The furnishings were in great condition and the unit itself was clean. It is ideally located with perfect proximity to the pools and the beach. I loved stepping off the porch and being just a few yards from the white sandy beach.

Great location!

The location was perfect! We go to the beach every year and this has been the best location we stayed at! It’s right on the beach and we didn’t have to use elevators so it was easy to haul our beach chairs, tents, and ect to the beach each day. A few people from the same building we stayed at even said we had the best spot there. Pool is couple steps from the balcony. The condo was beautiful and big enough for our family. Definitely will book this condo again!

Fun time at Sea Spray!

We had a wonderful week at Sea Spray in Perdido Key, Florida! Our unit was nice and as depicted! Also, want to thank the owners of our condo that we stayed in, for providing a new Smart TV on our stay! Very attentive and conscious owners!

Awful manager, owners don’t care

Arrived at midnight in horrible weather with small children. Tookn2 hours before security let us into this fully paid condo. Manager refused to leave welcome pack with keys in after hour box . She lied about why, security had the wrong name on my reservation , she said she would be reachable but Was Not. We all got soaking wet and the unit didn’t even have a blow dryer. Pool gates were locked in the middle of the day, security never took care of it, never contacted me back about it. BR TV did not have cable box, MBR had horrible picture quality. Just pitiful ! Maintenance also interrupted us and answered personal multiple calls while taking up our time ( planning dinner), Really!!! Not one apology from management nor owners, but they got their $$$$$!!!! Paula is absolutely incompetent with Zero empathy not to mention extremely rude and judgmental! Never have we been treated so unfairly and been lied to in this way. 25 years of visiting this area, never been treated this way. Extremely disturbed at how this vacation was handled ! Negative Reports to as many sites as I can find will be shared!

The check in was terrible, office was closed when we arrived and did not receive code for lock box until well after the office closed leaving us frantic...emergency number went to a limo service and we were hung up on...TWICE. Furniture is not comfortable, couch/hideabed is worn and sinks in, recliner is cheap and uncomfortable, beds are ok, but nothing to be excited about. Kitchen is not stocked well at all. One door screen didn't work and so we were limited to only one door open. Light was out on the stove top and lighting overall was not good. Mold along the doorway thresholds. This unit could use a serious cleaning and maintenance. The best thing about this condo was the location, our daughter and her family rented the one next door (owner owned, not agency owned, much nicer) and so our grandsons could go between the two units and going to the beach was literally a step out the back door, no elevators or hallways to navigate. Overall we wouldn't rent this one again if it was just us, but if our daughter and her family went to the one next door we would rent again, even though it was not the best condo we have stayed in, but purely, only for the location.

Lovely place!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is awesome, it has a great view, and the beach is nice! The condo itself is also nice on the inside and well cared for.
