If you are looking for an amazing place to stay, this is the home for you. The house was built in 2012: 3 BR, 2 Bath , and outdoor shower. The cottage is located on the Sound side of Kill Devil Hill (Milepost 6.5). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the two guest rooms contain full size bunk beds (Full Over Full). Our house is a 3 minute walk from the sound and a 10-15 minute bike ride/walk from the beach – Adult beach cruisers are also included to enjoy a sunset cruise. We offer highspeed Wi-Fi internet and streaming Tv to enjoy during your stay. We are located in the heart of Kill Devil Hills near several restaurants, a shopping mall, a movie theater and several grocery stores. There is a Putt-Putt course and go karts about 2 miles away and an outlet mall 15 miles from our home.

The cottage is within walking/biking distance to the sound, walking/biking trails, beach, fishing pier, shopping and restaurants.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Strip beds of all sheets and pillowcases (leave bedspreads in room), Launder towels and sheets. Put all used dishes in the dishwasher and run dishwasher with dish detergent..
Lock all doors and Turn off all lights, tvs, fans, and radios, and place keys in lockbox on downstairs doorknob. Leave A/C / Heat unit on.
Clean up and dispose of all trash in outside trashcan. Put trash can out for city pick up - cans need to be at end of Driveway ; with about 2 feet of spacing apart so the automatic arm can pick it up
