The detached holiday home offers 100sqm with terrace, lawn and his fenced property facing south optimal basis for a relaxing holiday.
The night's rest and a good starting position for sightseeing are ideal to relax with the family.
Enough space in our large living room is to read, watch TV satellite TV, or playing with the loved ones.
The well-equipped kitchen with 4 hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, egg cooker, dishwasher, etc., everything is available to serve a delightful breakfast, lunch or dinner.
In a separate room washer and dryer are at times done quickly the laundry in between.
In 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 single beds there is room for 6 people.
Next to the bathroom with, shower, wash basin and WC There is a separate guest toilet.

Great stay here, was a little difficult to find but the owner sent emails prior. Was a good base for exploring Belgium. The only downside to our stay is that we arrived in the dark and the electricity was turned off, there were no instructions of how to turn it on, luckily we managed to find the garden gate, go round the back and find a shed with the electricity meter in it.

Sehr angenehm. Kontakt zum Vermieter perfekt. Er sollte sich u.E. Nur schnell eine neue Reinigungsfirma suchen. Gründlich sauber nach einer Entreinigung sieht anders. Das war bei diesem Preis ein Witz. Der Rasen wurde während des Aufenthaltes genäht.. war ohne Beanstandung. Der Vorgarten jedoch bedarf dringend einer Neugestaltung..war sehr unansehnlich.

Entre amis petit séjour proche de Bruges. Comme l'indique l'annonce , endroit calme , petite maison fonctionnelle , confortable avec un bon mobilier dans le séjour. Maison bien situé, proche de la plage (10mn à pieds) et de la ligne de tramway le la cote Belge pour découvrir différentes villes et communes.

Kommt darauf an...

Das Haus hat einen sehr einfachen Standard. Ungedämmt und mit direkten Verbindungen zur Außenluft, die man auch akustisch wahrnimmt, nimmt es schnell das Außenklima an. Der Regen dringt durch das Bad-Fenster ein und die Feuchtigkeit zieht über den Gebäudesockel ins Haus, was man am aufgequollenen Putz etc erkennt. Bei Regenwetter also ungemütlich. Bei unserer Ankunft merkte man einen sehr starken Geruch nach Chlorreiniger, der offensichtlich zur Schimmelbekämpfung verwendet wird. Den Wandschrank wollte ich dann nicht verwenden. Nach ein paar Stunden Lüften war der Geruch wieder weg. Bei einem Aufenthalt im Sommer würden diese Punkte wahrscheinlich weniger stören. Die Möblierung im Wohnbereich ist wirklich angenehm und recht neuwertig. Hier wurde gut investiert. Schade sind Detais, wo an Wandhalterungen der Barcode des Baumarkts ignoriert wurde oder die Nachttischchen vertauscht aufgestellt wurden. Fliesenecken sind abgesprungen,... etc Dese Kleinigkeiten würden anderen Personen vielleicht gar nicht auffallen... Wirklich gestört hat, dass der Durchlauferhitzer unterdimensioniert ist, so dass man nur einen geringen Wasserdruck mit nicht heißem Wasser zum Duschen hatte. Die Ameisenstraße im Ess-/Küchenbereich war auch befremdlich. Fazit: Wenn man mit der richtigen Vorstellung und dem richtigen Wetter anreist, kann es hier sehr schön sein. Eigener Garten, Gebäudegröße und Lage sind prima. Kommt eben darauf an, welche Art Urlaub man plant.

Super Haus

Wir waren für 2 Wochen in Bredene (2 Erwachsene und ein Teenager). Das Haus ist super eingerichtet, zu erwähnen sei, dass der Esstisch und die Stühle wohl verändert wurden. Dies wertet das Objekt noch deutlich auf. Die Esszimmerstühle waren extrem bequem. Weiterhin hervorzuheben ist die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Der Garten ist schön groß und wurde von uns häufig genutzt. Wir haben die Tennisplätze, die zur Anlage gehören, häufiger genutzt. Schläger und Bälle konnten wir kostenlos an der Rezeption erhalten. Es war auch sehr ruhig. Zum Strand ist es relativ weit. Das wussten wir aber auch aus anderen Bewertungen und Angabe der Lage. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und damit war es überhaupt kein Problem. Wir waren in ein paar Minuten am Strand. Fahrräder sind generell in Belgien angebracht. Auch der Strand ist mega schön und es war nie voll. Es gibt auch sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Mit dem Zug ist es unproblematisch bis Brügge oder Gent zu kommen. Alles in allem ist das Haus und die Umgebung nur zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder.

Super Reise mit erwachsenen Kindern und Freunden und HUND

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Belgien … alle Angaben stimmten überein… wir genossen sehr, dass wir einen großen in sich abgeschlossenen Garten hatten… die Küche war sehr modern eingerichtet und das Inventar nicht abgezählt sondern von allem reichlich vorhanden … wlr waren als Familie mit unsren erwachsenen Kindern und einem befreundeten Ehepaar da, was sehr schön war und auch gut, da wir als Familie gut das Durchgangszimmer im oberen Stockwerk teilen konnten, während das Ehepaar ein abgeschlossenes Zimmer im EG hatte… allerdings haben wir es etwas bedauert, unsere Fahrräder nicht mitgebracht zu haben, das Leihen an der Rezeption hat nicht geklappt … super gutes Ferienhaus gerade auch für unsren Hund …
