We stayed in this studio condo in Seagrove, Florida for two weeks and overall had a great experience. The location is absolutely phenomenal—just steps from the beach, and we watched the sunset every night. The unit is updated with a really nice kitchen that’s well equipped, and we appreciated the modern finishes throughout. That said, the space is smaller than expected. There’s very little room to store luggage or clothes, and the bathroom is on the smaller side as well. It’s perfect for two adults, but would feel tight for a family, especially with no storage space. There are two bunk beds in addition to the Murphy bed (which was surprisingly comfortable!), but we’d say this is best suited for couples or solo travelers. Some helpful notes:•You cannot rent or use a golf cart at this property (a big consideration for 30A stays), though there are bike racks.•The keypad battery was low and took a few days to get fixed—we had to enter the code multiple times on some days, which was frustrating. However, the property manager made it right by the end of our stay.•The pool and laundry area are super convenient—both just steps from the unit and easy to use.All in all, we’d definitely recommend this spot for a beach getaway if you’re looking for a clean, modern studio with great access to the sand and sunsets. Just be aware of the compact space and plan accordingly if traveling with more than two people.
