Our massive thatched roof house, completed in 2017, with its 2 captain's gables, is located in the Rerik Baltic Sea resort park. This newly developed cottage settlement is located near the Baltic Sea beach and consists of thatched roof houses as well as houses with classic roofing. 

The 628 sqm plot is located on the edge of the holiday park. The view to the south is unobstructed, so an undisturbed view over the cooling (landscape conservation area) is inclusive. As almost all rooms have floor to ceiling windows, you can enjoy the view not only from the terrace but also from inside the house.
The house itself has a floor space of approximately 160 square meters and is modern and family-friendly. It offers space for 8 people with its 4 bedrooms.

Our low-energy house is heated by an air / heat pump and has a triple glazing. For a pleasant air circulation ensures a regulated ventilation with heat recovery. So even with closed windows in the bedrooms always a pleasant ventilation is given. All rooms have underfloor heating, which radiates a pleasant warmth in autumn and winter.

All sockets are child-resistant and the existing child safety grilles can be removed or hung on the stairs to the upper floor (both above and below) as well as on the stairs in the loft.

On the ground floor is a light-flooded bathroom with extra-large bathtub; Badradio, walk-in shower at ground level, large double vanity and sauna. In addition, there is the spacious living and dining area with open kitchen. This is equipped with a separate cooking island and everything else you need for a pleasant stay. The upper floor has 3 large bedrooms (each about 16 sqm), each with a large 2 x 2 m double bed and large sliding door wardrobe and a bedroom (about 12 sqm) with a 1.90 m x 2 m large double bed. A reclining chair offers a good retreat in each of the large bedrooms, if necessary.
