Wailea Grand Champions #45 is a tastefully remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath unit on the 3rd floor with an incredible ocean view. It's got a fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances (as of December 2025), washer and dryer, and air conditioning throughout. There are two flat-screen TVs, a Blu-ray player, and complimentary wireless Internet. The bedding includes 2 king beds and twin bunk beds. In the master bedroom is a king bed, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and full bathroom. The bed configuration in the guest bedroom is a king bed with twin bunk beds with air conditioning, and a full bathroom. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and a separate bath tub; bathroom two has a combination tub and shower.
There living room is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a Blu-ray player. To enjoy the outdoors, unit #45 includes beach chairs and towels, beach umbrella, and a cooler. This unit sleeps 4. It has two suites each with a bathroom, so it is ideal for couples traveling together. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation require a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.

The nearby Ulua and Mokapu Beaches are a quick drive down the hill from the Grand Champions Villas in Wailea. The complex is surrounded by lovely tropical gardens. It is located in the exclusive Wailea Resort. The complex offers two swimming pools, sundecks, spa tubs, restrooms, showers and barbecue grills. In addition, the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena are minutes away as well as the famous Wailea Tennis Club. Wailea Grand Champions consists of 188 units in 20 two and three-story buildings.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and has an amazing ocean view. stocked with everything you need for the beach (towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach cooler, snorkel equipment), boogie boards) and kitchen had everything you would need. We had one minor maintenance issue (blind wouldn't close) and a maintenance person came by within an hour to fix. Would stay here again!!!

Relaxing getaway

Enjoyed the condo layout, especially the lanai with shade awnings! View was great and place was quiet (despite being near the pool). We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. Location was great and enjoyed morning walks around the area. Perfect place for a relaxing vacation.

Cozy gem in gorgeous Wailea

My friends and I really enjoyed getting into vacation mode quickly upon checking in to this lovely condo. It was clean, spacious and comfortable on all levels. Morning coffees on the deck overlooking the pool and ocean beyond set the tone for each wonderful day we spent in Maui. It was so handy having the beach chairs, towels and umbrella provided to us. I'd love to stay here again one day and would definitely recommend to friends.

Beautiful View

The view from the balcony is spectacular! We were pleasantly surprised with an amazing fireworks show from the balcony on July 4th and enjoyed our coffee there every morning. The condo is nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with all that is needed to prepare meals. The location overlooking the pool was a plus for use with our grandchildren and outdoor grilling. During our stay we had a drain issue in the front shower. The management company was able to correct the issue within an hour of our call. Great location for our amazing vacation!

They had beach chairs, boogie board, and an umbrella which was nice to use when we went to the beach. The only issue is you do have to walk up 3 flight of stairs. There is no elevator.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with our experience in this condo. We have typically stayed at Grand Wailea when we visit Maui, and this was our first time staying somewhere other than a resort (on any of the islands). The condo was very clean, and had everything we needed. There were no maintenance concerns, and we had no needs during our stay. We stayed for two full weeks. Parking was easy and convenient (although it's important to note that the assigned parking space is on the "other" side of the building (not the side when you first drive through the front gate; this caused a bit of confusion when we first arrived, but we figured it out quickly). The lanai is amazing. We ended up staying out there most of our days. We had sun when we wanted it, and then we could unroll the shades when we wanted a break. The view was better than we expected. With binoculars, we were also able to see plenty of whale activity as we relaxed out there. The actual view was better than I expected after seeing the photos. If you like watching sunsets, you'll be able to get a beautiful, direct view every night.It's a very reasonable (short, but hilly) walk over to the Shops at Wailea, where there is plenty of great dining and shopping. There are also several other restaurants worth checking out within walking distance separate from the S@W. We did rent a car, which made it easy to get to Kihei for groceries (and plenty of other restaurants). South Maui is my favorite part of the whole state, and we are definitely considering returning to this property the next time we plan a trip to Maui!

Great Wailea Condo!

The condo itself, along with its stellar views, was exactly as shown in the photos. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, a bounty of beach towels, chairs, and other beach items. Very clean throughout, and the property itself is really nice and easy to get to and close to beaches and restaurants.

This was the perfect stay for our family! My husband and I had plenty of space from our teenage boys, both had their own bed and separate bathroom. This unit has beautiful views of the sunsets and ocean! Great spot, close to shopping, and in a safe neighborhood.
