Located on the ground floor with garden access, you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sunrise or sip on a glass of wine while the sun sets.

The living room and bedroom both offer beautiful garden and ocean views with sliding glass doors that open to the patio where you will find a gas grill, a table with seating for 4 and 2 loungers perfect for relaxing or sunbathing.

The living room features a new queen memory foam sofa sleeper and a 55” Samsung Smart TV so you can access your favorite networks. Also included is a hotel safe for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a filtered water system and is fully equipped with everything you will need during your stay. A starter supply of coffee pods is provided to use with the cuisinart coffee maker.

In the bedroom you will find a California King bed with a lighted etching on the back wall along with a 55” Samsung Smart TV. There is a dresser and a closet providing ample storage.

The bathroom features an extra large shower with an etched glass door, a rain shower head, a hand held shower head and a washer/dryer.

The unit has free WiFi and free phone service for calls to the United States and Canada. There are dominoes, playing cards and books available for your use.

Misiones resort maintains a 24/7 guard gated entrance and is a very safe community. There are two large swimming pools, a swim up Palapa bar and free parking. There is a small convenience store located on site with Costco and Walmart nearby.

There are two beaches both located a 5 minute walk from the condo: Monuments Beach (surfing) and Cabo Bello Beach (no vendors)

Two wonderful restaurants are also located within walking distance of the condo. Puerta Vieja is located at the top of the hill (great fresh fish) and the famous Sunset de Mona Lisa is a short 5 minute walk from the condo. Both restaurants provide spectacular views into Cabo San Lucas and the Arch.

A short 10 minute ride puts you in downtown Cabo San Lucas. If you do not have a car, there are always taxis available at the entrance to Misiones. The fair runs about $25-$30 each way depending upon the number of people in your group. Uber is also now available in Cabo.
