Vail International #010 is a ground level, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo that underwent a major remodel that was completed in February of 2026. New flooring has been installed throughout the whole condo along with it being repainted. The kitchen features brand new cabinets, appliances and countertops. Do you need your caffeine fix to start your day? There is a 12 oz coffee maker in the kitchen with coffee and filters provided. The living room is an inviting space with an electric fireplace, 48" flat panel TV and comfortable couch that doubles as a sleeper sofa. The dining table seats up to 6 people so there is plenty of room to enjoy meals with friends and family. You can also step outside to the two east facing walkout patios and breathe in the fresh mountain air.
Each bedroom features tasteful mountain decor and a TV. The primary bedroom has a brand new King bed and an all-in-one stacked washer dryer in the closet for your convenience. There is also a sliding glass door that leads to a ground level patio. The other bedroom has a Queen bed. The primary bathroom has a new tiled, walk-in shower and countertops. The hall bathroom features a stall shower with upgraded tile.
You can stay in this remodeled and updated 2BR/2BA condo for less than the cost of a hotel room in Vail at many times of the year.
Many past guests have commented on the great location of this unit. You can walk to Lionshead in less than 8 minutes and it's about 9 - 11 minutes to walk to Vail Village. You can also take the free in town shuttle bus that stops at the Dobson Ice Arena, which is adjacent to the Vail International condo complex.
On Site Amenities at Vail International
There is an outdoor hot tub that was refurbished in June of 2025 and a heated pool with views of Vail Mountain.
There are two gas grills available for guest use adjacent to the pool.

There is a small workout room on the property which includes a Peloton bike, Bodycraft Treadmill and Elliptical as well as other weights and workout equipment for guest use.
There is a common laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers on the ground floor of the building. Laundry detergent and fabric softener are available for purchase.
Free WiFi is offered throughout the property. Each unit has its own router and password.
Provided in unit amenities include: paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, dishwasher soap, body/hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hair dryers.
No pets in the rental units at Vail International. There is no smoking allowed in the building.
