The comfortable and cozy 80 sqm **** apartment consists of a large living / dining area with access to the terrace, 2 double rooms (1 double bed with electrically adjustable slatted frames) - if necessary 1 additional bed - shower / toilet, fitted kitchen with dining area, dishwasher , Microwave, ceramic hob, convection oven, refrigerator, coffee machine and much more.
You can expect a closed, single-storey apartment with a separate entrance and covered terrace. 2 parking spaces are located directly at the apartment.

It is only a few minutes' walk to the old town / city center with numerous specialist shops and the outstanding gastronomy:
to the Bosenberg Clinic 1 km,
to the Wendelinuspark / golf course 3 km

Wirklich gut durchdacht

Man hat alles, was man brauchen könnte. Handtücher, Bettzeug, große Räume und eine nette Gastgeberin. Die Wohnung könnte allerdings bei dem hohen Preis etwas moderner sein, gerade was die Elektrogeräte angeht (winziger Fernseher, Geschirrspüler sehr alt und schlecht zu bedienen) und manche Dinge sind schon etwas kaputt. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Aber ansonsten alles wirklich super und wir würden wieder kommen :)
