My stay

I really liked staying in Linz great experience, unfortunately not so much for my rental. I booked it as a 2 room 2 bath because i had a business associat going with which feel through so was just me. Good thing because this was not a 2 room 2 bath, it was no rooms the 2 beds and foldout coach were all in the living room problem 1. The second issue i had was that the place was dirty. I had to clean the shower before i could use it very gross, the dishes i used had to be washed first as they looked to be put away with food on them and overall the whole place needed cleaned. The last issue i had was the fact that another renter of the property (not the owner) walked in at 12:00am one night because they still had a key. Over all great village will be back just wont rent here again.

Kleines, nettes und gemütliches Örtchen!

Die Unterkunft war leider sehr unsauber!! Staubig, muffig, liegengebliebene Schuhe unterm Bett, Reste von Vormietern im Kühlschrank, hinterm Sofa und auf dem Geschirr!!!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Super zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung mit sehr viel Platz, auch für größere Gruppen geeignet. Alles da, was für einen Städtetrip nötig ist, kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe zu finden, problemlose Schlüsselübergabe, noch viele Infos vom Vermieter über Freizeitgestaltung. Waren tolle Tage, gerne wieder.

Time machine!

This rental was our first using "HomeAway." Nearly with the rental was as advertised. There is no way to advertise the true charm of this apartment. Built in 1790, it is not the oldest property in Linz a. R. Check out the surrounding buildings if you visit! Walking through the old town was like stepping back into time. Great bakery/cafes and several different types of restaurants to choose from. The location was "off the beaten path" yet nearly every location was easy to reach by train. Chris was a wonderful host to us. He drove us from the train to the house after our long and sleepless trip from Boston. He provided local information for us as well.

gemütliches Fachwerkflair

Wir haben unseren Wochenendeaufenthalt in dieser Linzer Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Der Vermieter empfing uns hilfs- und auskunftsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage, mitten in der Altstadt, ist hervorragend.

Meine Gäste waren sehr interessiert an der Umgebung und haben einige Touren unternommen, ins Ahrtal und auf dem Rheinsteig. Sie haben die Wohnung sehr pfleglich behandelt und diese sauber hinterlassen. Ich kann meine Gäste deshalb wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

schöne, alte Ferienwohnung, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.

Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Es handelt sich un ein altes Haus - inklusive schiefer Böden und Wände aber einer gemütlichen Einrichtung und bequemen Betten. Sogar Kaffeepulver und Gewürze waren da. An der ein oder anderen Stelle hätte ein wenig gründlicher geputzt werden können (Badmülleimer von außen zum Beispiel), aber das ist auch schon alles.
