The location was fantastic!!! Located near everything Destin!!! The resort was clean and secured with someone always at the gate. The weight room is lackluster. However there is a local gym nearby you can purchase a day pass or weekly membership but it's costly. Our condo was exactly as described and very clean. I would recommend booking this condo. The balcony had a nice view of the Gulf. The communication and response times were greatly appreciated. The location to the beach was very close. The pool isn't very big but it was clean. They had some attraction everyday beside the pool with grills and seating for everyone that wanted to take advantage.

Had an excellent time. The condo was great. Beach chairs and sand buckets available which I really like. The views from the deck are beautiful and you can watch the sun set. The bed was was very comfortable.

Stayed here for a week to celebrate Mother’s Day with my sister & mom. The view was absolutely amazing, you got a view of the jetties & part of the gulf. We got to watch the gorgeous sunsets every night & listen to the birds/frogs. Access to the beach was super convenient & quick, you just walk down & you’re right there. The condo was very clean & decor was beachy. Had a bit of a mix up when we got there but Mrs. Charlotte was extremely helpful in solving it quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

It was the perfect location for us to stay. We spent the morning at the beach and the afternoon at the pool. The condo is small but it worked for a family of four with two small kids. Check in and check out was easy and honestly had the shortest check out to do list I have encountered in a while. My only complaint is the king sized mattress was very very firm which is not my preference and the TVs were not smart TVs so no access to streaming apps which would only have been a problem if the weather hadn't been so great.

The room could’ve been a little bit more cleaned up there wasn’t enough silverware or towels TV in the bedroom did not work tried multiple times trying to get a hold of the owner. Other than that it was a great trip.

I also wish I had known during your stay that you felt there weren’t enough towels, silverware, or that the cleanliness wasn’t meeting your expectations, as I would have happily had additional items delivered and addressed any housekeeping concerns right away. This property was right by the beach and had great amenities, including a pool, pickleball court, and a pavilion with grills. One night they even had a DJ while guests grilled and socialized, which made for a fun atmosphere. The parking was convenient and accessible, and the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking.We did have a small issue upon arrival because we weren’t initially given the correct entry code, and it was late when we got there. It took a little time to reach the host, but she did call back and quickly cleared everything up. The host has been very responsive to messages. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found this beautiful condo to be perfect for a relaxing week-long couples getaway.

We appreciated the open communication with our hosts.The condo had everything we could possibly need. There is a view over a beautiful pond area.Only negative was timing as there was jackhammering all day with remodeling.
