This spacious unit is approximately 1022 square feet and the covered lanai provides another 250 square feet of island-style living space. The large lanai is perfect for breakfast, mid-afternoon relaxation, or a private dinner. It is surrounded by palm trees. It is furnished with outdoor furniture, dining table and chairs, and a top-of-the line gas grill.

The Palms is a 5 star condo resort located in the prestigious Wailea community on Maui. It is at a walking distance to some of the best beaches and golf courses in the world. The property is sparsely built on a 20+ acre natural hillside lot. The lushly landscaped grounds are meticulously maintained and adorned with year-around blooming tropical flowers.
