Very well looked after and loved property. Excellent service and location. Owner goes out of the way to ensure that you have everything that you need for your stay.
Night work outside kept us awake. Internal renovations as well. Leaking shower in main bathroom and no air conditioning in bedrooms. Very disappointing, especially for the price!

This apartment is comfortable and well located for the beach, James St, and walks in the national park! The owner has set up the apartment with many thoughtful touches to ensure your comfort which we appreciated.
The apartment is amazing, with lots of little touches to make it even more special. Location is unbeatable, so close to everything, and the pool area in the complex is great. Kristy is a great host too, with exceptional communication. Kids and families will love staying here. Highly recommended!
This property is exactly as described, we are a family of four and we loved the location and excellent attention to details like providing a starter pack of coffee pods, tea. Providing beach towels ,tennis racquets etc. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a relaxing break , a stroll to the beach and close to all the great bakeries and dining options .

Apartment was lovely and located only a minutes walk to the beach. Only issue was finding the access key which was a little tricky. We will stay again - best host as Kristy was always there for any of our queries and she is 5 start host

We enjoyed the location. The paint in the property was tired, the lint filter in clothes dryer was full of sand and the door handle on bathroom door required replacement. The unit was styled nicely and their was nice linen on our bed but the unit was quite dirty in some areas.

Hey Grant, thanks for your feedback. When we have back to back bookings and guests request an early check in, unfortunately as hard as we try it can be easy to miss little things like sand in the filter. We certainly do our very best to to make sure the property is always pristine and perfect for our guests, so if anything was less than perfect I wish you’d let me know so I could have rectified it for you. The door handle has now been replaced and I have arranged a painter to come do touch ups. Unfortunately some guests can be a little careless dragging heavy suitcases and trolleys through my white walls. I truly hood you enjoyed your time in this beautiful location in beautiful Burleigh Heads.
This unit is exactly as Kristy describes it on the Stayz site. It was lovely being able to stay here and all the little extras that were supplied at no additional cost eg coffee for coffee machine, dishwashing tablets, glad wrap etc, beautiful body wash & shampoo/conditioner, plus plus - all the little things that means so much that you usually have to buy every holiday. The property was not in the condition that we anticipated from the listing. There were bed linens left in the dryer; not a great start, as you kind of don’t want to feel like there’s been someone there before you. The tv was not properly connected. The toilet seat doesn’t fit the toilet. The drawers of the furniture are full of old rubbish. The magazines are 8 years old.
However, and this is why I am submitting a review at all, the management/owner was tracking our movements with an air tragedy tracker. When she thought that we were both out she decided to use the apartment car parking spot that I was paying for. When I returned, obviously unexpectedly, I had nowhere to park. Totally unsatisfactory in an apartment that I was paying a premium for. I am happy to deal with any response from the owner, as I have a laundry list of other complaints about the accommodation.
The appt was in the perfect location, on 2nd floor with views on 3 sides into the trees, together with ocean glimpses between other buildings. It was over the road from The Burleigh Pavilion & the beach.
The appt had a good sized living area, with a great couch & was supported by an small kitchen & a good sized fridge. It included 2 good sized bedrooms, & 2 bathrooms.
You could easily live in this appt.
A beautiful, well appointed.spacious and very clean unit.
Beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and the most comfortable kitchen in King size and with luxurious pillows made for great nights sleeping.
Everything you could need or want was supplied by Kirsty right down to a generous supply of coffee pods and dishwasher pods.
The unit block was clean and modern. The desk staff very helpful and friendly.
A wonderful unit, in a lovely complex in an awesome location. Only steps to the beach, cafes and shops.
Even the rain couldn't spoil this experience.
The apartment is well positioned, in walking distance to everything you need. The decor was beautiful. An added bonus was our pet dog could stay with us. Can’t wait to re-book.
Took our little dog with us for a week at burleigh, location suburb and although the property is a little dated the apartment was clean and had space in all the right places, beds super comfy and everything we needed plus dog friendly and the whole place of burleigh itself is just a wonderful place to take your fur baby. It is roomy, with gorgeous natural light, beautifully appointed and few steps from the beach and from James st.
The on-site facilities (pool, gym and tennis court) are a great bonus for families.

I would highly recommend this property. Online photos are a true indication of the property - very, very clean, ideal location close to beach, shops, restaurants etc, good size. The property manager was easy to communicate with and extremely helpful.
