This stylish, 2 bedroom holiday villa is only a stroll away from the Ningaloo Aquarium and Visitor Centre, Ross Street Mall and many eateries in Exmouth. The fully air-conditioned unit with a loft and a raked ceiling sleeps up to 5 guests, provides access to Wi-Fi and is the perfect choice to accommodate your friends or family.
Downstairs:
Open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area. Kitchen equipped with an electric cook top, a dishwasher and a large fridge. Bedroom1 with a Tri-bunk (double bed on bottom and single on top). Family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Shared laundry facilities with unit 203.
Upstairs:
Bedroom 2 - an open style loft area with a Double bed.
Outdoors:
Enjoy the beautiful weather Exmouth has to offer and dine alfresco in the undercover entertainment area with a barbeque. Parking space for two cars OR a car and boat up to 7m in length. Communal pool for the Osprey Holiday Village Complex.

Linen and bath towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. For more information on what to bring, please check the What to Bring section of our website.
This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.
Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.
Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Our house was great! With great amenities and great location.Could do with a washing basket and clothes pegs. We visited friends in some other houses in osprey and ours had been renovated where theirs hadn’t. Ours was much better!!

Stayed in Unit 103/2 in September 2021 and this was the second time we have booked this same unit. Unit is nice and central to everywhere and more importantly had room to easily park the boat. Overall condition is good although a couple of items could do with replacing (e.g. dishwasher was faulty last year and still is 12 months later). Vacuum cleaner also has parts missing so it couldn't be used. However, we were happy with the accommodation and the facilities it provides. Would certainly re-book again (if available) on our next trip to Exmouth.

My husband and I stayed in this lovely Unit for 5 nights in August this year. Perfect base from which to explore Exmouth and surrounds. Centrally located, well appointed, modern and stylishly furnished.

We had a lovely stay at Unit 103 - everything was lovely and clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, décor was lovely...we'll definitely be back!
