It's not often that a home truly has everything you could ever want but Tuscan Retreat might just be one of those rare finds. Located within 1 block of popular attractions such as the Nimitz Museum, Otto's, the National Museum of the Pacific War, and many other great restaurants and stores of Main Street, you really couldn't ask for a better location to begin each morning of your stay in Fredericksburg. Step through the front door and you'll be impressed by a luxurious and welcoming living area featuring supple leather seating, rich wood floors, and a gorgeous stone fireplace. This same sense of quality continues into each of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom features a wonderful king bed. Off of the master is a separate bedroom with a queen bed. From this queen bedroom, you'll also have access to another sleeping area that includes a trundle bed that makes into two twin beds. A third bedroom features a king bed while the fourth bedroom includes two XL twin beds, which are ideal for children or even adults who desire a bed all to themselves.

Outside, the covered portion of the patio includes an outdoor table with seating for 10, a fantastic hot tub, and a wall-mounted television while the open portion features a comfortable outdoor sofa and end chairs that encircle an amazing stone fireplace.

HOSTS - Home all to yourselves but a manager is always a quick call away should you need anything

Up to two dogs are allowed at the property but we ask that they each weigh 25 lbs or less. In addition, there is a pet fee of $22/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation.

Please be aware that the house has noise monitoring devices in the living room and carport.

Our Respect the Community Policy:
We ask that you please behave as you would in any home in which you live with respect for the property you are renting and the neighborhood for which the property is located. We have a zero-tolerance policy if any disrespect is reported to us regarding disrespect to the home, property, neighbors or neighborhood such as noise, trash, parking, damage, etc. We will immediately require you to leave the property without a refund if this policy is not followed accordingly.

House Rules as Required by the City of Fredericksburg's Short Term Rental Ordinance
- Observe the City of Fredericksburg Quiet Hours (10pm to 7am in residential zones). No music of any kind after 10 pm.
- The City of Fredericksburg is a Dark Sky Community with outdoor lighting restrictions. All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Observe the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
