Beautiful Lakefront View from Dock and back patio area with wrap around screen porch, Kitchen, Dining room and Living Room.
3 Bedroom...1 king, 3 twin, 1 queen. sleeps 7...one bath
Full Kitchen...dishes/cookware/utensils, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher,
washer/dryer, linens, air conditioning, cable TV , DVD, BBQ grill, wrap around screen porch, covered parking and
dock. Drought has got lake down so had to remove pontoon boat but still have kayaks (single $10 double $20) Also several springs within driving distance. Hunter Springs and 3 Sisters in Crystal River and Rainbow River in Dunnellon KP Hole for tubing. If you like going off road, hiking or mountain biking or 4 wheel driving licensed vehicles there are multiple Management Areas that you can drive through. Citrus WMA has many trails and Dames Caves and Chasahowitzka WMA has lots of trails as well and a spring at the south end. Flying Eagle, Half Moon and Goethe as well. Lots of back roads for motorcycling as well as bicycle trails. Horseback riding and air boating available close by, or just relax on the lakeshore.

Good for family time

Jeanette communicated timely and was very helpful during our stay. It is a great location for relaxing and the home has a nice open floor plan. We enjoyed a big dinner on the wrap around screened-in patio. Plenty of places to sit and tables/counters in and out.

Family vacation

Had a great time and the house was perfect. My kids loved fishing from the dock and taking the kayaks out on the lake. We all enjoyed the pontoon boat that was available as well. Thank you again for the chance to make memories at your lake house.

My Husband and I moved to Inverness, FL from Pinellas County in 2000. We have been working and living here in this paradise ever since. Our rental house is right next door so we can be available if any problems or questions arise.

Why they chose this property

This area has great fishing. Bass as well as Crappie. Lots of wildlife. Sandhill cranes, herons, egrets and more to watch right out back door. Beautiful sunsets

What makes this property unique

Beautiful Area with all the necessities but also the peacefulness of a small town. Bike trail, groceries and restaurants all within a 2 mile range. Even a Pub and Grub you can drive to by car or boat if your out on the water and couple wineries within 10 or so miles, as well as the Villages. Many Golf courses and a local race track. Horseback riding and Hiking available in the many wildlife management areas. Even some caves in the Withlacoochee State Forest. Go to the Citrus County website for more info
