About us:
Tucked into the rolling hills and wooded ridges of Hocking Hills, our small, family-owned lodging business has been welcoming guests for over 30 years with a warmth that only generations of care can provide.
What began as a simple dream in the early 1990s—often just a single cabin or a handful of rooms—has grown steadily through dedication, hard work, and a love for the land. Like many long-standing cabin operations in the area, these businesses were often started by families who saw the natural beauty of Hocking Hills and wanted to share it with others, gradually expanding from modest beginnings into well-loved retreats.
Today, the property reflects that history. Our cozy, comfortable cabins are thoughtfully spaced among towering trees, offering privacy, quiet, and a true escape from everyday life. Guests might find front porches overlooking forested valleys, fire rings for evening gatherings, and cozy interiors that blend traditional charm with modern amenities.
What truly sets our family-run lodging business apart, though, is the personal touch. Ours is still operated by the original owners or their children and grandchildren, creating a sense of continuity and pride. It’s not uncommon for returning guests to be greeted like old friends—some families have been visiting for generations, making it an annual tradition .
Over the past three decades, our business has adapted while staying true to its roots—adding conveniences like hot tubs, Wi-Fi, and updated kitchens, while preserving the peaceful, nature-centered experience that drew visitors in the first place. In a region that now attracts millions of visitors each year, our small, family-owned lodging remain a cornerstone of the Hocking Hills experience, offering authenticity, hospitality, and a place where lasting memories are made.
